A+STRACT
"otivation seems to be one of the most important tools of $uman Resource
"anagement. ?rgani0ations design motivation systems to encourage employees to
perform in the most effective way but also to attract potential candidates. The 5ey to
create the efficient motivation system is an answer to the %uestion what really motivate
employees. This study shows that3 the results of the research can be useful for managers
who deal with the wor5ers. The research was based on the %uestionnaire distributed to the
sample of )' respondents from ;omfit composite !nit 6imited3 )' participants from
<tandard =roup3 )' participants from Ecoma7 6imited. The distribution of ran5s was
similar in both industries. The findings indicated that salary 2 payments is the most
important factors for all wor5ers. In this study authors considered five motivational
factors which were salary 2 payments3 wor5ing condition3 environmental condition3
reward 2 bonus3 safety. The results suggest that wor5ers are motivated by those factors.
