have your documents sent to WES. Without an application on file, WES cannot
process your documents.
All documents must be submitted as instructed for your country of education.

STATE BOARDS OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION

Nursing and Midwifery:

SECONDARY EDUCATION
If you have completed one or more years of post-secondary study, you do not
need to submit any secondary school documents with your application.

What to Submit How to Submit
1. Statement of Marks or Certificate of
Examination issued by the appropriate
Examination Board
e.g. Higher Secondary Certificate, All
India Senior School Certificate,
Intermediate Public Examination
Certificate, or any other 10+2 certificate
awarded upon completion of higher or
intermediate secondary education
Request for your Statement of Marks
or Certificate of Examination to be
sent directly to WES by the
appropriate Examination Board.
- OR -
You may have photocopies of your
original documents attested and
dated by the appropriate
Examination Board. Please request
for the attested photocopies to be
placed in an official sealed
envelope and have the envelope
returned to you to forward to WES.
NOTE: College issued mark sheets
will NOT be accepted. Documents
must be issued and attested by the
appropriate Examination Board.

Important Notes - Please Read:
Documentation:
Some academic institutions can take several weeks to provide transcripts.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to request their transcript(s) as early as
possible.
All documents are subject to verification by WES.
All documents become the property of WES and will not be returned or released to the
applicant.
WES only evaluates credentials earned through formal academic training. Applicants
should not submit short-term professional development courses or other non-formal,
non-academic training documents. These types of documents will not be evaluated or
included in the WES evaluation report.

Name on an Evaluation:
A WES evaluation report is always issued under the name indicated on the academic
record(s).

Please do not send original documents. Original documents that are not
requested by WES will not be returned and will be discarded.

Please submit a formal application before your documents are scheduled to
arrive at WES. Without an application on file, WES will be unable to process
your academic records or confirm that they have been received.
