JOINT NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT AND MOTION TO STAY DEADLINES

Plaintiff Cell and Network Selection LLC, (CNS) and Defendants AT&T, Inc. and
AT&T Mobility, LLC (collectively, AT&T) jointly notify the Court that they have reached a
settlement in principle and intend to jointly move to dismiss the case within the next 30 days
once the agreement is formalized between the parties. Accordingly, the parties request the Court
to stay all deadlines at this time with regard to Plaintiff CNS and Defendants AT&T.
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the parties pray that the Court will grant
this motion to stay all deadlines.
