2. BASIS FOR STATIC ANALYSIS
The followings are basis for static analysis
2.1 This system consists of the following lines

2.2 The transverse deflection will be limited to 25 mm in general.
2.3 The number of thermal load cycles is considered to be 7000.
2.4 For supports, default stiffness of CAESAR II will be used, if not, otherwise
mentioned.
2.5 Insulation density of mineral wool is taken as 140 kg/m.

3. CONCLUSION.
The maximum forces & moments due to Design / Operating & hydro-test conditions
at various supports are well with in the allowable limits.

The maximum (Thermal & Sustained) stresses due to Design / Operating &
Hydro-test conditions are well with in allowable code stress limits (Allowable stress
as per code ASTM B 31.3) in the System.
