The crimp technology is used to
install the ttings onto the pipes. It
only takes four steps to complete
installation according to applicable
standards.
Easy-to-use
1. Use the pipe cutter to cut the pipe
to length and to make sure the cut
is right-angled.
2. Use the alpex deburrer 16 32mm
(catalogue no. 79002213) to
calibrate and debur the pipe ends.
3. Secure the tting by inserting the
pipe end into the base body.
A peek through the inspection
hole in the xation ring will
ensure proper installation
4. Use crimping tool to crimp the
tting onto the pipe.

Die Montage der Fittings erfolgt per
Presstechnik. In vier raschen Arbeits-
schritten ist alles normgerecht
erledigt.
Einfache Verarbeitung
1. Ablngen des Rohres mit dem
Rohrabschneider, um einen recht-
winkligen Schnitt sicherzustellen.
2. Kalibrieren und Entgraten des
Rohrendes mit dem alpex-Entgra-
ter 16-32 mm (Art.-Nr. 79002213).
3. Fixieren des Fittings durch Ein-
schieben des Grundkrpers in das
Rohrende, kontrolliert per Sicht-
fenster im Fixierring.
4. Verpressen von Rohr und Formteil
mit dem Presswerkzeug.
