steps:

Okay it is time to setup stuff.

First lets start with mysql setup
1) double click on the installer we have downloaded from mysql website
2) let the installer prepare for its crap
3) press next,next next
4) select full installation,always
5) again next next next
6) when it comes to configuration section,we need to do some adjustments
7) click on Show advanced options at the configuration area,leave the rest as de
fault
8) for passwords use root without quotes,since it is only to setup the server fast
,press next till it finishes configuration
Our job with mysql is finished,till this time
Hexworkshop setup time
1) double click on the file we downloaded
2) press next till it finishes installation.
Mysql advanced options time
1) open mysql workbench
2) you will see File Edit View etc
3) choose database from there and under that tab select manage Connections.
4) under stored connections,choose the localhost one
5) change options like the following
Connection name: localhost
6) click on Store inVault,nearby the password label. And enter root without quotes
,since its our mysql password
7) press Test connection if it Works,if yes,its done,for now.
Navicat setup
1) double click on installer and press next till it finishes
2) open navicat from your programs
3) Press on connection Button
4) make the following changes
Connection name : localhost
Username and passwords both : root
5) press test connection to see if it Works.
6) press ok and close the program for now.
Wokf client setup
Simply press next till it finishes
Dont say yes if it asks you to run the client.
Server side setup
From this point,you are obligated to do every step. Skipping one simple line wil
l cause your server become as arcadia,characters opened and shown in arcadia and
such great errors that I cant list here.
1) Copy and unrar your server files to any location . It takes a while because o
f over 10kish files in the server folders especially xzone folder
Check version folder setup
This folder is located under the server files.it should say CheckVersion
1) Enter this folder
2) Double click on update.ini
3) [checkversion] under this tab,there is ip0 and ip1. Make these ips both like
ip0 = 127.0.0.1
ip1 = 127.0.0.1
4) [Borough0] under this tab,there is ip0 again. Turn it to 127.0.0.1 again and
change the name to test
5) [Borough1] under this tab.there is ip and name again.change them to same as [
Borough0]
6) [url] under this tab,they are news and such. This step is for online servers
which we can only discuss when I find out how to setup for online
7) Close and save the update.ini that we have just modified.
8) Enter Data folder,then enter config folder. There is a folder called version
and enter it
9) Open the version.ini file. Change the top version to 89
10) Scroll down to the text. ftp wantong and ftp dianxin turn all ips to 127.0.0
.1
11) Close version ini file,save it and close the checkversion folder completely.
RTservice Folder setup
This folder is located under server files.
1) Open rtservice_cfg.ini file.
2) admin_password = GDRe#$% change the password to 123456
3) password = #$5@#$%dfg$ change the password to 123456
4) Close the file with saving
5) Double click on reg.bat file,it is a msdos application.
6) Wait it to finish
7) Close the rt service folder permanently
Kfsvr folder setup
This folder is located under server files.
1) Enter data folder and open config folder there.
2) Enter cache folder first.
3) There is a .dat file called pandora. Double click it and select notepad for o
pening it.
4) Under database there is psd which is password. Put root since it is our mysql
password
5) Make sure that the ip is 127.0.0.1 .
6) Close and save the file
7) Enter Dominator folder as second folder to change
8) Open dominator.dat again with notepad. (you can change the .dat files to be r
ead by notepad everytime by checking the box Use this program as default for this
filetype)
9) Make sure that the ip is are all 127.0.0.1
10) Close the dominator dat.and open Pandora.dat
11) Make the ip again 127.0.0.1

13) This STEP IS VITAL. IF YOU DONT CHANGE SERVER WILL NEVER WORK. RIGHT CLICK O
N YOUR COMPUTER AND OPEN PROPERTIES. UNDER COMPUTER NAME TAB,YOU WILL FIND YOUR
COMPLETE COMPUTERNAME. WRITE IT DOWN EXACTLY AS YOU SEE IN THE EXPLANATIONS
14) We need to put our computer name. There is a line in this pandora.dat saying
map_server = xxx or something else. Put your computer name . it should be seen
like this
map_server = darenor-9b03fc5. ; this is your computer name.(or some jibberish ch
aracters)
15) Close and save this file.
16) Open exchange folder now
17) Open exchange.ini and make sure the ip is 127.0.0.1
18) Close and save the ini file
19) Open log folder now.
20) Open log.dat file first
21) Make sure ips are again 127.0.0.1
22) Open log_local_data.
23) Make sure ips are again 127.0.0.1
24) Open pandora.dat
25) Make sure ips are 127.0.0.1 and passwords are always root
26) Close and save the pandora.dat again
27) Open login folder
28) Open login.dat file
29) Make sure ips are all 127.0.0.1 and passswords are always root
30) Close and our server folder is actually now complete
1) Open Navicat and open the localhost thing over there
2) Under it right click and choose create database
3) Knowing this step. Create databases named
Pandora
Wok
4) After completing these steps
5) Right click on pandora and select Execute sql file
6) Locate the wok.sql which is located under your wok files. Press start after y
ou found it
7) Do step 5 and step 6 for wok database too
8) close navicat now
Server will be up,and running.You will need a ftp server to connect your client
for update from .162 to 1.67 At that point. I ask you guys to put guides for suc
h stuff.because I havent managed to get there.

er this topic for learning how to hexedit the client so it matchs with your serv
er(important step)
