Dear Teams;

Please note down and clear you mind for the testing procedure for
this project. No mistake will be beared in any case. Please ask timely and
response to all issues immediately.

Currently we are dealing in SSV for 2G/3G, Complaints and clusters PRE/POST.
You must be clear about what is wanted from you. And you can ask for any
doubt at any time.



SSV 2G:

Rodgers Bajungu from Tigo is dealing in this. As such for it test pattern
he still haven't responded to me. But I had proposed following method for
testings so you must have to follow it.



In Testing our engineers will perform four type of testing:

i) Coverage : Here inter Ho between neighbouring sites of
all three sector of new sites needs to be performed. Both in and out Ho
will be checked. If certain sector have no route in main lobe for HO with
neighbour a picture will be attached.

ii) Intra Ho testing: check the intra site HO between
sectors of new sites

iii) PS testing: Static testing for EDGE/GPRS will be
performed for each sectors of new sites, near the sites

iv) TRX Testing: A 20 sec call will be dialled for every
sector of new sites , near site. If you provide OMC-R support, each TRX
will be checked. By blocking TRX one by one. Or engineer will dial 20 calls
in each sector which random catch each TRX. In case of any issues teams will
co ordinate with us and tigo.



Note that DT Observation and audit report must also have to be submitted for
all SSV's. Please also note that all logs and supporting reports must be
submitted on time and must be complete. In complete report may cause a
negative point for you.



No team should directly contact Tigo personal without informing/ co
ordinating for any issues with me or Rabia.



SSV 3G :

Vicent David is the responsible person from tigo who is looking 3G
SSV's. A we defined and bi literally agreed test pattern is defined for it.
About which you must be clear and all testing should be performed
accordingly.



1.MS1: Short call for accessibility

2.MS2: Long call for retain ability

3.MS3: Packet mode(Data TPUT and coverage_FTP Server)

4. Scanner: Only tigo UARFCN_DL should be monitored for. [Note: If you don't
have this list please ask me I have already shared with mahmoud.]



Again the DT observation reports and physical audit reports need to be
submitted along with complete log files.



Cluster Optimization:

Dear Teams! You must be clear about cluster drives in last cluster drive
many mistakes were found and which had definatly showed no clear guide lines
for the teams.

For next time you must follow a synchronized and well managed drive test for
clusters.

1. Next time for cluster two engineers will go in same car. One for
GSM and one for WCDMA DT. Here it is important to follow the same patern for
MS to be attached.

2. MS1= Long call ( Both GSM and WCDMA), MS2= Short Call ( both GSM
and WCDMA), MS3= in scanning mode ( Both GSM and WCDMA), MS4= PS testing(
Both for GSM and WCDMA). So next tiem this pattern should be strictly
followed.

3. Dear teams! You must be clear about that what is the requirements
of Pre and Post drives. Our goal must always be a better results in Post
drive. Next time the pre route tab. Report will be shared with team who is
going for post drive. In post DT your aim should be to resolve problems on
site. I need DT optimizers not DT technicians. Produce an analysis skill in
yourself. You should not just to go round the given path while sleeping in
whole drive. This is definatly cause a negative point for you in data com as
well as in in carrier.

4. You should feel it embarsing for youself that you sites ,
compalints or cluster DTs are rejected. And ultimatly it will cause bad
impression for you and your job will be in danger.

Again with every cluster every DT team need to submit a physical audit and
DT observation report.



What is DT observation Report:

I have already taught Diamond and Mahmoud. So they have a clear idea
about. Fredrick you should also contact them and take a clear idea of that
or call me if still have any doubt.
