contracts documents along with meta-data across EMC. This application will provide
workflows and reporting functionalities as desired by the business. This application
will be used within EMC network and only authorized EMC users which are added to
appropriate application roles will be able to access it.

Developed application using DFC, Java and TaskSpace customization.

Project Description:
National Insurance Company Ltd (NIC) is one of the leading public sector
insurance companies of India, carrying out non-life insurance business.
Headquartered in Kolkata, NIC's network of about 1000 offices, manned by more
than 16,000 skilled personnel, is spread over the length and breadth of the country
covering remote rural areas, townships and metropolitan cities. Scope of the project
is to develop different portals and their maintenance. This application is developed
based on Documentum 6.5 frameworks WebTop. The idea behind the applications
is to import and manage various insurance related documents like Policy, Claim,
Endorsement, Quotation, CRM, HRMS and DWH reports.

Responsibilities:

Developed application using DFC, Java and WebTop customization.
Played key role in installing and upgrading Content servers
Involved in developing TBOs, JAVA jobs, Documentum methods and jobs for
uploading documents to Documentum Content server

PDOCS application is a Documentum based application which is developed in
Documentum Compliance Manager (DCM) 6.5. This application is to manage all
Pfizer documents (Controlled documents, Sops and Forms) globally. The application
has been developed in such way to maintain different site (country) documents
through configuration management in DCM. Every site will have own business
applications, document classes, auto naming schemas, user list rules, lifecycle
extensions and overlay xml files in order to perform operations over documents
exclusively.

Responsibilities:

Involved in customization of Documentum Compliance manager (DCM) 6.5
according to client requirements.
Created users , groups , alias sets and permission sets
Created workflow templates using Process Builder.
Created and scheduled jobs and methods in DA.

SHREK (SHire Regulatory Electronic Knowledge) is a validated computer
system used as a repository for all R&D documents which are categorized as clinical,
non-clinical, quality documents and Regulatory Documents. It consists of
Documentum Content Server, ISI server, FirstDoc Application (DCM 5.3) and
Rendition Server. SHREK system is used for managing the content, lifecycle states of
documents, Publishing Documents and for Submission of documents to Regulatory
Authorities.

Responsibilities :

Providing support to SHREK Application.
Coordinating with Client for different Issues, Requests and requirement
gathering.
Creation of Testing strategy and Use Cases.
Other Project Administrative activities.
