1. Elektrostatisch gesicherte MOS-Arbeitspltze.

Der Umgang mit gegen Elektrostatik empfindlichen Bauteilen
mu an einem elektrostatisch gesicherten MOS-Arbeitsplatz
erfolgen.
Ein elektrostatisch gesicherter MOS-Arbeitsplatz erdet ber
Entladungswiderstnde smtliche leitende Materialien einschlielich der Person. Nichtleiter werden durch Luftionisation entladen. Die Integration von Ltkolben und Megerten
in den gesicherten MOS-Arbeitsplatz ist nur mit Trenntrafo in
jedem der verwendeten Gerte mglich. Die Megerte-Massen werden ebenfalls mit Entladungswiderstnden geerdet.

2. Gesicherte Verpackung durch leitfhige Materialien.

Zum Schutz gegen Elektrostatik werden elektrisch leitende
Kunststoffe fr Verpackung und Transportmittel verwendet.
Leitende Kunststoffe gibt es als schwarze oder transparente
Schutzbeutel, Schaumstoff, Folien und als Behlter.
Empfindliche Bauteile drfen nur am gesicherten MOS-Arbeitsplatz aus der Verpackung entfernt bzw. verpackt werden.

Master Unit ffnen
1. Instandsetzungen, nderungen und Prfung netzbetriebener elektronischer Gerte und deren Zubehr drfen nur von
fachkundigen Personen ausgefhrt werden.
Entfernen Sie die drei Torxschrauben S1 an der Front der

Unterseite der Master Unit (siehe Abb. 1).
Wie in Abb. 2 dargestellt werden nun die vier Torxschrauben S2
an der Rckseite herausgedreht.
Anschlieend stellen Sie die Master Unit auf die Gummife
der Bodenplatte, heben das Gehuseoberteil hinten leicht an
und ziehen es nach vorne ab.
2. Es gelten die Vorschriften und Sicherheitshinweise nach VDE

0701, Teil 200, und die Vorschriften und Sicherheitshinweise
des jeweiligen Landes!
3. VDE 0701, Teil 200, beinhaltet Vorschriften zur Instandsetzung, nderung und Prfung netzbetriebener elektronischer
Gerte und deren Zubehr.
4. Vor der Auslieferung des Gerts mu eine Sichtprfung des
Gerts und der Anschluleitungen (und soweit vorhanden,
des Schutzleiters), und die Messung des Isolationswiderstandes und des Ersatz-Ableitstromes nach VDE 0701, Teil
200, durchgefhrt werden. Der niederohmige Durchgang des
Schutzleiters ist durch Messung laut Vorschrift VDE 0701,
Teil 1, nachzuweisen.
5. Die Vorschriften des jeweiligen Landes sind zustzlich zu
beachten.
6. Bauteile mit dem Symbol
gekennzeichnet, drfen nur
durch Originalteile ersetzt werden.

Montagehinweis Verbindungskabel DVD-Unit

Master Unit (Certos Systemkabel)
Die hochwertige Spezialverbindung zwischen der Certos DVDUnit und der Master Unit besteht aus einem mehrfach abgeschirmten, vieladrigen Kabel mit besonderen elektrischen Eigenschaften. Dieses Kabel weist eine hohe Beweglichkeit auf, ist
aber deswegen ebenso sorgfltig wie andere Vielfachkabel mit
Standard-Eigenschaften zu behandeln und zu verlegen.
Insbesondere sind mehrfache Biegungen und Verwindungen des
Kabels, sowie enge Verlegeradien zu vermeiden! Bitte beachten Sie daher folgende Hinweise:
1. Vor der Montage das Kabel entrollen, dabei Verwindungen
vermeiden.
2. Bei der Aufstellung mit F-Stand, T-Stand oder Wandhalter
die Biegungen an der DVD-Unit und am Fu vorsichtig
ausfhren. (Zur Fixierung des Kabels an der DVD-Unit vgl.
Informationsblatt Certos DVD-Unit Montagehinweis
Kabelhalter (240-31029).

Bewegen des Schlittens
Entfernen Sie die acht Kunststoffabdeckungen mit einem kleinen

Schraubenzieher auf der Unterseite der DVD Unit (Abb. 3).
Anschlieend knnen die acht darunterliegenden Schrauben S3
herausgedreht werden (Abb. 4).
Gehuse aufklappen und markierten Stecker abziehen (Abb. 5).
Um freien Zugang zur Motorgruppe zu erhalten, wird der Schlitten angehoben und das Schneckenrad mit dem Daumen in Pfeilrichtung gedreht (Abb 7).

Seil wie im Abb. 9 dargestellt einfdeln. ACHTUNG: Auf der Antriebsrolle muss das Seil 2x umgewickelt werden (Abb 10). Feder
der Spannvorrichtung aushngen (Abb. 11). Nun das Seil in die
Spannvorrichtung einfdeln und die Feder wieder einhngen (Abb.
11 & 12). Seil mit speziellem Fett leicht bestreichen.
Nochmals die korrekte Fhrung des Schlittens kontrollieren (Abb.
13 & 14).
DVD-Unit in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder zusammensetzen,
dabei Abb. 17 beachten!

Wie in Abb. 6 dargestellt mit dem Daumen den Schlitten nach
hinten drcken und anschieend nach oben bewegen bis die
Laufrollen aus den Fhrungsschienen sind. (Abb 6).

Die genaue Position des Anschlags an der linken Kante mit einem Bleistiftstrich markieren und evtl. Anschlag austauschen
(Abb 15) (Best.-Nr. fr neuen Anschlag: 592-29960).
Nun muss der neue Anschlag wieder exakt justiert werden. Dies
kann man leider nur durch einige Versuche bewerkstelligen:
DVD-Unit zusammenschrauben, kontrollieren ob die Displayeinheit beim Schlieen am Gehuseoberteil schleift. Wenn ja, dann
muss die DVD-Unit erneut geffnet werden und der Anschlag
nochmals justiert werden. Es ist sinnvoll, wenn man den Anschlag
in der Gerteposition justiert, in der die DVD-Unit dann auch aufgestellt wird (leicht schrg auf dem entsprechenden Standfu).
Wenn die komplette Mechanik ohne Fehler arbeitet, kann die DVDUnit in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder zusammengesetzt werden.

Lsst sich der Standby Schalter in das Gehuse drcken muss
die Halterung Standby Schalter mit einem doppelseitigen Klebeband neu fixiert werden. Vorher Klebestelle reinigen (Abb 16).

Beim Zusammenbau der DVD-Unit ist unbedingt darauf zu achten, dass die drei Flachbandkabel am doppelseitigen Klebeband
des Gehusebodens befestigt werden um einen strungsfreien
Betrie zu gewhrleisten (Abb 17).

Note on electrostatic shielding

1. Electrostatically shielded MOS workstations

Components sensitive to electrostatic discharge must be
handled at workstation with electrostatic shielding. An electrostatically shielded MOS workstation is fitted with discharge
resistor which earth all conductive materials, including the
technician working there. Dielectrics are discharged by air
ionisation. The use of soldering irons and measuring equipment at shielded workstation is only possible in conjunction
with isolating transformer in each of the devices used. Measuring equipment chassis are also earthed with discharge resistors.

To protect against electrostatic charges, electrically conductive plastics are used for packaging and transport purposes.
Conductive plastics are available in the form of transparent
protective bags, foam plastic, film sheeting or containers.
Sensitive components requiring the use of protective packaging must only be packed and unpacked at shielded workstations.

Safety warnings/regulations
Opening the Master Unit
1. The repair, modification and testing of mains-operated electronic devices and their accessories must only be performed
by qualified persons.
Remove the three Torx screws S1 at the front on the bottom of

the Master Unit (see fig. 1).
As shown in fig. 2 the four Torx screws S2 on the back are then
unscrewed.
Then place the Master Unit on the rubber feet of the base plate,
lift up the top of the housing slightly and pull it off towards the
front.
2. It is necessary to follow the regulations and safety warnings

to VDE 0701, part 200, as well as the regulations and safety
warnings applicable in the country concerned.
3. VDE 0701, Part 2, contains regulations on the repair, modification and testing of mains-operated electronic devices and
their accessories.
4. Before delivery, the device and the connecting leads (including any protective earth conductor fitted) must undergo visual inspection, and the insulation resistance and the equivalent leakage current must be measured according to VDE
0701, part 200. The low-resistance continuity of the protective earth conductor must be verified by measurement to VDE
regulation 0701, part 1.
5. The regulations of the country concerned must also be observed.
6. Only genuine parts must be used for replacing components
marked with the symbol

Unit Master Unit (Certos system cable)

The high quality special connection between the Certos DVD

Unit and the Master Unit consists of a multiply shielded. Multiwire cable with special electrical properties. This cable is highly
flexible but must nevertheless be treated and laid just as carefully
as other multiple cables with standard properties.
Multiple bending and twisting of the cable as well as tight laying
radii especially should be avoided! Please observe the following
instructions:
1. Roll out the cable before assembly to avoid twisting.
2. When installing with an F-stand, T-stand or a wall holder, make
the bends at the DVD Unit and the foot very carefully. (For
fixing the cable to the DVD Unit, see the information leaflet
Certos DVD Unit assembly instructions cable holder (24031029).

Moving the carriage
Remove the eight plastic covers with a small screwdriver on the

bottom of the DVD Unit (fig. 3).
Then, the eight screws S3 underneath can be unscrewed (fig.
4).
Open the housing and pull out the marked plug (fig. 5).
Um freien Zugang zur Motorgruppe zu erhalten, wird der Schlitten angehoben und das Schneckenrad mit dem Daumen in Pfeilrichtung gedreht (Abb 7).

Disconnect the cable fixture on the carriage and remove the cable
(fig. 8). Thread in the cable as shown in fig. 8. ATTENTION: The
cable must be wound twice around the drive roller (fig. 10).
Unhook the spring of the clamping device (fig. 11). Then, thread
the cable into the clamping device and hook the spring back in
(fig. 11 & 12). Coat the cable lightly with special grease.
Check the correct guiding of the carriage again (fig. 13 & 14).
Reassemble the DVD Unit in reverse order, see fig. 17!

As shown in fig. 6, press the carriage back with your thumb and
then move up until the rollers are disengaged from the guide
rails (fig. 6).

Mark the exact position of the stop at the left edge with a pencil
and change the stop (fig. 15) if necessary (order no. for new
stop: 592-29960).
Then, the new stop must be readjusted exactly. Unfortunately,
this can only be done by trial and error:
Screw the DVD Unit together, check whether the display unit
scrapes the top of the housing when closing. If it does, the DVD
Unit must be re-opened and the stop adjusted again. It is
advisable to adjust the stop in the unit position in which the DVD
Unit is installed as well (slightly at an angle on the appropriate
stand).
If the whole mechanics operates faultlessly, the DVD Unit can
be reassembled in reverse order.

Holder standby switch

If the standby switch can be pressed into the housing, the holder
standby switch must be newly fixed with double-sided adhesive
tape. Clean the point of adhesion first (fig. 16).

When assembling the DVD Unit, make absolutely sure that the
three ribbon cables are fixed to the double-sided adhesive tape
on the bottom of the housing to ensure trouble-free operation
(fig. 17).

1. Postes de travail MOS protgs lectrostatiquement
La manipulation de composants sensibles aux charges lectrostatiques doit imprativement se faire a un poste de travail MOS protg lectrostatiquement. Un tel poste de travail MOS protg lectrostatiquement met tous les matraux
conducteurs la masse par lintermdiaire de rsistances
de dcharge, y compris la personne qui y travaille. Les nonconducteurs sont dchargs par ionisation de l'air.
L'intgration de fers 3 souder et d'appareils de mesure dans
le poste de travail MOS protg lectrostatiquement n'est
admissible que par lintermdiaire de transformateurs de sparation intgrs chacun des appareils. Les terres des appareils de mesure sont galement mises 3 la masse par
l'intermdiaire de rsistance de dcharge.
1. Avant le montage, droulez soigneusement le cble afin

dviter tout vrillage.
2. En cas dutilisation avec un support F, T ou une fixation
murale, veillez une excution conforme des courbures du
cble au niveau de lunit DVD et du pied. (Pour la fixation
du cble sur lunit DVD, voir la notice dinformation Unit
DVD Certos Instructions de montage pour portecbles(240-31029) .
3. Lorsque vous enroulerez la longueur de cble non utilise,
veillez former des boucles et non des huit (8) et viter tout
vrillage du cble.
4. Veillez ce que les rayons de pose du cble soient
suffisamment grands (75mm).
5. En cas de problme, veuillez vous adresser au service aprsvente technique LOEWE.

2. Emballages de scurit faits de matriaux conducteurs

Pou les protger contre les charges lectrostatiques, les composants sensibles sont emballes et transportes dans des
matires plastiques conductrices dlectricit. Les matires
plastiques conductrises existent en tant que sachets de protection noirs ou transparents, mousses, feuilles et aussi en
tant que conteneurs. Les composants sensibles ne doivent
tre sortis de leu emballage conducteur ou y tre emballes
qu'au poste de travail MOS lectrostatiquement protg.

Enlevez les trois vis Torx S1 sur le panneau de faade de la
partie infrieure de lunit matre (cf. ill. 1).
Comme reprsent sur lillustration 2, les quatre vis Torx S2
seront alors dvisses sur la partie arrire.
Ensuite, posez lunit matre sur les pieds en caoutchouc de la
plaque de sol, soulevez lgrement la partie suprieure du corps
et tirez-la vers lavant.

1. Les remises en tat, modifications et examen dappareils lectroniques exploits sur rseau, et leurs accessoires, ne doivent tre excuts que par des professionnels.
2. On appliquera les prescriptions et consignes de scurit selon VDE 0701, partie 200, et les prescriptions et consignes

3. VDE 0701, partie 200, comporte des prescriptions sur la remise en tat, modification et examen dappareils lectroniques exploits sur rseau, et leurs accessoires.
4. Avant la livraison de lappareil, il faut effectuer un examen
visuel de lappareil et cbles de branchement (et si existant
de la terre), et la mesure de la rsistance disolation et du
courant de fuite de remplacement selon VDE 0701, partie
200. Le passage de basse impdance de la terre doit tre
dmontr par une mesure conformment la prescription
VDE 0701, partie 1.
5. Les prescriptions du pays respectif doivent tre galement
observes.

La connexion haute qualit utilise pour raccorder les units DVD

Certos et Master se constitue dun cble multiconducteur dot
dun blindage multiple et de proprits lectriques particulires.
Ce cble prsente une grande souplesse et devra donc tre
manipul et pos avec autant de soin que les autres cbles
multiples.
Evitez imprativement la formation de coudes et vrillages ainsi
que des rayons de pose trop petits! Veuillez cet effet observer
les instructions suivantes:

ainsi que les huit vis S3 loges en-dessous (Fig. 4). Ouvrez
ensuite le botier et dbranchez la fiche signale (Fig. 5).
Afin de pouvoir accder parfaitement au groupe moteur, levez

le chariot et tournez la roue-vis avec le pouce dans le sens de la
flche (Fig. 7).

Dtachez la fixation du cble du chariot et retirez le cble (Fig.

8). Embobinez le cble comme indiqu sur lill. 9. ATTENTION:
le cble devra tre embobin deux fois sur le rouleau
dentranement (Fig. 10). Dcrochez les ressorts du dispositif
de tension (Fig. 11). Embobinez le cble dans le dispositif de
tension puis raccrochez les ressorts (Fig. 11 & 12). Lubrifiez
lgrement le cble laide de graisse spciale.
Contrlez une nouvelle fois le bon guidage du chariot (Fig. 13 &
14).
Remontez lunit DVD dans le sens inverse. Veuillez observer
ici lill Fig.17 !

Comme indiqu sur lill. 6, poussez le chariot vers larrire
avec le pouce et dplacez-le vers le haut jusqu ce que les
galets soient sortis des guides (Fig. 6).

A laide dun crayon papier, marquez la position exacte de la
bute sur le ct gauche ou remplacez-la si ncessaire
(Fig. 15) (N de commande: 592-29960).
Dans ce cas, la nouvelle bute devra tre ajuste correctement.
Cette opration demande malheureusement quelques essais :
remontez lunit DVD et contrlez si lunit daffichage frotte
lorsque vous fermez la partie suprieure du botier. Si cest le
cas, il faudra rouvrir lunit DVD et ajuster nouveau la bute. Il
est recommand dajuster la bute dans la position dutilisation
de lunit DVD (lgrement oblique sur le pied correspondant).
Si tous les lments mcaniques fonctionnent correctement,
vous pourrez remonter lunit DVD dans le sens inverse.

1. Posti di lavoro MOS protetti elettrostaticamente

La manipolazione di componenti sensibili alle scariche elettrostatiche deve essere eseguita a posti di lavoro MOS protetti da queste scariche. Un posto di lavoro MOS protetto
dalle scariche elettrostatiche convoglia a terra tutti i materiali
conduttori compresa la persona mediante resistenze di scarica. Gli isolatori vengono scaricati mediante ionizzazione
dell'aria. L'integrazione di saldatoi e apparecchi di misura nel
posto di lavoro MOS protetto possibile solo attraverso trasformatori di separazione in ogni apparecchio usato. Anche le
massa degli apparecchi di misura vengono scaricate a terra
mediante resistente di scarica.
2. Imballaggio protetto mediante materiali conduttori

Per proteggere le componenti dalle scariche elettrostatiche

vengono usati degli imballaggi e dei mezzi di trasporto di
materiale sintetico conduttore. Esistono imballaggi di materiale sintetico conduttore sottoforma di sacchetti di protezione
trasparenti o neri, materiale schiumoso, fogli e contenitori.
Componenti sensibili devono essere tolti, risp. messi negli
imballaggi di materiale conduttore solo in un posto di lavoro
MOS protetto.

Aprire lunit Master
1. Riparazioni, modifiche e controlli su apparecchiature elettroniche ed accessori collegati alla rete elettrica devono essere
eseguiti esclusivamente da personale esperto.
Togliere le tre viti Torx S1 dalla parte frontale della parte inferiore
della Master Unit (vedi fig. 1).
Come indicato in fig. 2, a questo punto vanno svitate soltanto le
quattro viti Torx S2 della parte posteriore.
Quindi posizionare la Master Unit sui piedini in gomma della
piastra di fondo, sollevare leggermente dietro la parte superiore
della scatola e tirarla in avanti.
2. Si applicano le disposizioni e le note per la sicurezza della

norma VDE 0701, parte 200, e quelle del Paese di installazione.
3. VDE 0701, parte 200, riporta le disposizioni per le riparazioni, modifiche e controlli su apparecchiature elettroniche ed
accessori collegati alla rete elettrica.
4. Prima della consegna, si deve effettuare un controllo visivo
dellapparecchio e dei cavi di collegamento (anche del conduttore di protezione, se presente) nonch la misurazione
della resistenza di isolamento e della corrente deviata sostitutiva secondo la norma VDE 0701, parte 200. La continuit
a basso valore ohmico del conduttore di protezione va dimostrata secondo la norma VDE 0701, parte 1.
5. Si devono rispettare anche le disposizioni relative in vigore
nel Paese di installazione.

Il collegamento speciale tra lunit DVD Certos e lunit Master

viene realizzato con un cavo a quattro conduttori multischermo
con caratteristiche elettriche particolari.
Questo cavo presenta unelevata mobilit, ed proprio per
questo che deve essere maneggiato e posato con una cura pari
a quella adoperata con i cavi a quattro filamenti dotati di
caratteristiche standard.
Evitare in particolare piegature ed avvolgimenti multipli e raggi
di posa stretti! Si prega, pertanto, di tenere presenti le seguenti
indicazioni:
1. Prima del montaggio svolgere il cavo evitando di torcerlo.
2. In caso di installazione con supporto F, supporto T oppure
con un supporto a parete, realizzare le piegature in
corrispondenza dellunit DVD e del piede con cautela. (Per
fissare il cavo allunit DVD cfr. foglio informativo Istruzioni
di montaggio supporto cavo unit DVD Certos (240-31029).

Rimuovere le otto coperture di plastica sul lato inferiore dellunit

DVD con un piccolo cacciavite (fig. 3). Successivamente
possibile svitare le otto viti sottostanti S3 (fig. 4).
Aprire la custodia e sfilare il connettore marcato (fig. 5)
Per avere libero accesso al gruppo motore, sollevare la slitta e

ruotare la ruota a vite in direzione della freccia (fig. 7).

Sciogliere il cavo dalla slitta e rimuoverlo (fig. 8). Infilare il cavo

come illustrato in fig. 9. ATTENZIONE: Avvolgere 2 volte il cavo
sulla ruota motrice (fig. 10). Appendere la molla al dispositivo di
serraggio (fig. 11). Quindi infilare il cavo nel dispositivo di
serraggio e appendere nuovamente la molla (figg. 11 e 12).
Lubrificare leggermente la fune con grasso speciale.
Controllare ancora una volta la corretta corsa della slitta (figg.
13 e 14).
Riassemblare lunit DVD invertendo la sequenza delle
operazioni, attenzione alla fig. 17!

Una volta che tutta la meccanica lavora senza errori, possibile
riassemblare lunit DVD invertendo la sequenza delle
operazioni.

necessario fissare nuovamente il relativo supporto con del nastro

1. Proteccin contra cargas electrostticas en puestos de
manipulacin de mdulos MOS
La manipulacin de piezas sensibles contra cargas electrostticas debe realizarse en puestos de manipulacin de mdulos MOS protegidos contra dichas cargas.
Para que un puesto de manipulacin de mdulos MOS est
protegido contra descargas electrostticas, todos los materiales conductores, includo el operario, deben conectarse a
tierra mediante resistencias de descarga. Los elementos no
conductores deben descargarse mediante un ionizador de
aire. La integracin de soldadores y aparatos de medicin
en los puestos de manipulacin de mdulos MOS slo se
puede realizar con transformadores separadores en cada
aparato utilizado. Tambin deben conectarse a tierra las
masas de los aparatos de medicin utilizando resistencias
de descarga.
2. En la colocacin con el estante F, estante T o soporte de

pared, realice con precaucin las curvaturas del cable en la
unidad de DVD y en el pie. (Para fijar el cable en la unidad
de DVD compare la hoja de informacin Instrucciones de
montaje del soporte de cable de la unidad de DVD Certos
(240-31029).
3. No enrolle el cable no utilizado en forma de ocho (8) sino
formando crculos sin que se doble.
4. Tienda el cable en grandes radios cuando sea posible
(75mm).
5. En caso de error, consulte al servicio tcnico de atencin al
cliente de LOEWE.

2. Embalaje protegido con materiales conductores

Para la proteccin contra las cargas electrostticas se utilizan materiales sintticos conductores para el embalaje y el
transporte. Los materiales sintticos conductores estn disponibles en forma de bolsas protectoras negras o transparentes, gomaespuma, pelculas y envases.
Las piezas electrostticamente sensibles deben embalarse
y/o desembalarse solamente en puestos de manipulacin de
mdulos MOS.

1. Las puestas a punto, cambios y revisiones de aparatos electrnicos alimentados por la red y sus accesorios, slo deben
realizarse por personas especializadas.

Retire los tres tornillos Torx S1 de la parte frontal de la base de
la Master Unit (vase fig. 1).
Extraiga los cuatro tornillos Torx S2 de la parte trasera como se
indica en la figura 2.
A continuacin, coloque la Master Unit en las patas de goma de
la placa de base, eleve la parte superior de la carcasa
ligeramente por detrs y tire de ella hacia delante.
3. El apartado 200 de la norma VDE 0701 describe las puestas

a punto, cambios y revisiones de aparatos electrnicos alimentados por la red y sus accesorios.
4. Antes de efectuar el suministro del aparato debe realizarse
una comprobacin visual del mismo y de las lneas de conexin (y, en su caso, de la lnea protectora), as como una
medicin de la resistencia de aislamiento y de la corriente
sustitutiva de escape segn VDE 0701, apartado 200. Debe
verificarse la baja resistencia de la lnea protectora recogida
en la norma VDE 0701, apartado 1.
5. Se han de tener en cuenta adems las normas de los pases
correspondientes.

La conexin especial de alta calidad entre la unidad de DVD

Certos y la unidad Master se compone de un cable trenzado
blindado y dplex con caractersticas elctricas especiales. Este
cable presenta una alta movilidad, pero, por esta misma razn,
deber manejarse y tenderse con cuidado, como los dems
cables coaxiales con caractersticas estndar.
En particular, se debe evitar doblar y enrollar el cable repetidas
veces, as como tenderlo en pequeos radios. Tenga en cuenta
las siguientes advertencias:
1. Antes de instalar el cable, desenrllelo evitando que se tuerza.

Retire las ocho tapas de plstico con un pequeo destornillador

en la parte inferior de la unidad de DVD (fig. 3). A continuacin,
puede destornillar los ocho tornillos S3 que se encuentran debajo
(fig. 4).
Abra la carcasa y extraiga el enchufe sealado (fig. 5).
Para mantener la entrada libre al grupo de motor, se eleva la

corredera y se hace girar la rueda dentada con el pulgar en la
direccin de la flecha (fig. 7).

Afloje la fijacin del hilo de la corredera y retire el hilo (fig. 8).

En el rodillo inferior se debe enrollar el hilo dos veces (fig. 10).
Suelte el resorte del dispositivo tensor (fig. 11). Enrolle el hilo
en el dispositivo tensor y vuelva a colocar el resorte (fig. 11 y
12). Engrase el hilo con una grasa especial.
Vuelva a comprobar la colocacin correcta de la corredera (fig.
13 y 14).
Monte de nuevo la unidad de DVD siguiendo el orden inverso.

Seale con un lpiz la posicin exacta del tope en el borde
izquierdo y cmbielo en caso necesario (fig. 15). (N . de pedido

El nuevo tope debe volver a ajustarse del mismo modo. Esto
slo puede realizarse despus de algunos intentos:
Atornille la unidad de DVD, compruebe si la unidad de pantalla
roza al cerrar la parte superior de la carcasa. En este caso, se
debe volver a abrir la unidad de DVD y volver a ajustar el tope.
Carece de sentido ajustar el tope en la posicin del aparato en
la que tambin se coloca la unidad de DVD (un poco inclinado
sobre el pie de apoyo correspondiente).
Si toda la mecnica funciona sin problemas, puede volver a
montarse la unidad de DVD en el orden inverso.

1. Elektrostatisch beveiligde MOS-werkplekken.

De omgang met voor elektrostatica gevoelige componenten
moet op een elektrostatisch beveiligde MOS-werkplek plaatsvinden.
Bij een elektrostatisch beveiligde MOS-werkplek worden alle
geleidende materialen en de persoon zelf via ontladingsweerstanden geaard. Niet-geleiders worden door luchtionisatie
ontladen. De integratie van soldeerbouten en meetapparaten
in de beveiligde MOS-werkplek is alleen met een scheidingstransformator in elk van de gebruikte apparaten mogelijk.
De massas van de meetapparaten worden eveneens met
ontladingsweerstanden geaard.
2. Veilige verpakking door geleidende materialen.
Ter bescherming tegen elektrostatica worden elektrisch geleidende kunststoffen voor de verpakking en de transportmiddelen gebruikt. Geleidende kunststoffen zijn als zwarte
of transparante beschermzakjes, schuimstof, folie en als container verkrijgbaar.
Gevoelige componenten mogen alleen op de beveiligde MOSwerkplek uit de verpakking worden gehaald resp.worden verpakt.

Master-unit openen
Verwijder de drie Torx-schroeven S1 aan de onderkant van de
master-unit vooraan (zie afb. 1).
Draai nu de vier Torx-schroeven S2 aan de achterkant los (zie
afb. 2).
Zet de master-unit vervolgens neer op de rubberpootjes die zich
aan de onderkant bevinden, til het bovenstuk van de behuizing
aan de achterkant iets omhoog en trek het naar voren los.
2. De voorschriften en veiligheidsinstructies volgens VDE 0701,

deel 200, en de voorschriften en veiligheidsinstructies van
het desbetreffende land zijn van kracht!
3. VDE 0701, deel 200, bevat de voorschriften voor de reparatie, de wijziging en de controle van elektronische apparaten
met netvoeding en hun toebehoren.
4. Voordat het toestel wordt afgeleverd, moeten het toestel en
de aansluitleidingen (en voor zover aanwezig, de aarddraad)
aan een visuele controle worden onderworpen en de isolatieweerstand en de reserve-lekstroom conform VDE 0701,
deel 200, worden gemeten. De laagohmige doorgang van de
aarddraad moet door meting volgens voorschrift VDE 0701,
deel 1, worden aangetoond.
5. Tevens dienen de voorschriften van het desbetreffende land
in acht te worden genomen.
6. Componenten die gekenmerkt zijn met het symbool
,
mogen uitsluitend door originele reserveonderdelen worden
vervangen.

Montage-instructies verbindingskabel DVD-Unit

Master Unit (Certos systeemkabel)
De hoogwaardige speciale verbinding tussen de Certos DVDUnit en de Master Unit bestaat uit een meervoudig afgeschermde
kabel met veel leidingdraden en met bijzondere elektrische
eigenschappen. Deze kabel vertoont een hoge beweeglijkheid,
maar dient daarom net zo zorgvuldig als andere meervoudige
kabels met standaardeigenschappen behandeld en genstalleerd
te worden.
Meer in het bijzonder dienen meervoudige buigingen en
verdraaiingen van de kabel evenals nauwe installatieradiussen
vermeden te worden! Gelieve daarom volgende aanwijzingen in
acht te nemen:
1. Vr de montage de kabel ontrollen, daarbij verdraaiingen
vermijden.

Bewegen van de slede
Verwijder de acht kunststofafdekkingen met een kleine

schroevendraaier aan de onderzijde van de DVD-Unit (afbeelding
3). Vervolgens kunnen de acht daaronder gesitueerde schroeven
S3 uitgedraaid worden (afbeelding 4).
Behuizing openklappen en gemarkeerde stekker aftrekken
(afbeelding 5).
Om vrije toegang tot de motorgroep te krijgen, wordt de slede

opgetild en het wormwiel met de duim in de richting van de pijl
gedraaid (afbeelding 7).

(afbeelding 8). Kabel zoals in afbeelding 9 weergegeven
invoegen. OPGELET: op de aandrijfrol moet de kabel 2 x
omgewikkeld worden (afbeelding 10). Veer van de spaninrichting
uithaken (afbeelding 11). Nu de kabel in de spaninrichting steken
en de veer opnieuw inhaken (afbeelding 11 & 12). Kabel lichtjes
met speciaal bestrijken.
Nogmaals de correcte geleiding van de slede controleren
(afbeelding 13 & 14).
DVD-Unit in omgekeerde volgorde opnieuw monteren, daarbij
afbeelding 17 in acht nemen!

achter duwen en vervolgens naar boven bewegen tot de
looprollen uit de geleiderails zijn (afbeelding 6).

Loop van de kabel
Uitwisseling en instelling van de aanslag

De exacte positie van de aanslag aan de linkerkant met een
potloodstreep markeren en eventueel aanslag uitwisselen
(afbeelding 15) (bestelnummer voor nieuwe aanslag: 59229960).
Nu moet de nieuwe aanslag opnieuw nauwkeurig ingesteld
worden. Dit kan men helaas uitsluitend door enkele pogingen
bewerkstelligen:
DVD-Unit aaneenschroeven, controleren of de displayeenheid
bij het sluiten tegen het bovenste gedeelte van de behuizing
schuurt. Zo ja, dan moet de DVD-Unit opnieuw geopend en de
aanslag nogmaals ingesteld worden. Het is nuttig indien men de
aanslag instelt in de toestelpositie, in dewelke de DVD-Unit dan
ook genstalleerd wordt (lichtjes schuin op het overeenkomstige
voetstuk).
Indien de complete mechaniek zonder fouten functioneert, kan
de DVD-Unit in omgekeerde volgorde opnieuw gemonteerd
worden.

Indien de schakelaar Stand-by in de behuizing ingedrukt kan
worden, moet de houder schakelaar Stand-by met een
dubbelzijde kleefband opnieuw bevestigd worden. Vooraf
bevestigingspunt reinigen (afbeelding 16).

Lintkabels vastmaken
Bij de montage van de DVD-Unit dient er onvoorwaardelijk op
gelet te worden dat de drie lintkabels aan de dubbelzijdige
kleefband van de bodem van de behuizing bevestigd worden
om een storingvrije werking te waarborgen (afbeelding 17).
