Dear Mr Jaiswal,
With reference to your application and subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to inform you that you
are recruited as a Field Management Trainee in our organization with effect from 15
th
Sep2014 on the terms and
conditions mentioned herein below-

1. TRAINING:
You are initially recruited as a Field Management Trainee for a period of six months. You will be required to undergo
classroom as well as field training during this period.
During the trainee period, in case, in the opinion of the management it is found that you have not shown satisfactory
progress the management at its discretion will have the right to earlier terminate your training arrangements
without notice or extend the period of training for a further period as it may deem fit.
On successful completion of training period, you may be subject to availability of vacancy aborted in the regular
service of the company on such terms as may be decided by management at the time of regular appointment. You
shall however, not claim regular appointment as a matter of right.

2. STIPEND AND ALLOWANCE DURING TRAINING PERIOD:
During the training period, you will be paid a consolidated stipend of INR 8,000/- per month and following
allowances (on full working days only)-
I. Head Quarters: INR 130/- (Indian National Rupee One Hundred and Thirty Only)
II. Ex- Station: (Outside H.Q. from where you can return the same day to H.Q.)
INR 140/- (Indian National Rupee One Hundred and Forty Only)

III. Outstation: (Outside H.Q. from where you cannot return the same day to H.Q.)
INR 300/- (Indian National Rupee Three Hundred Only)

These daily allowances include all expenses such as conveyance, coolie and other sundry expenses excluding postal
charges (for official use).

3. You will be allowed the daily allowances in respect of the days that you have actually worked and for which you
have submitted the reports in time as instructed by the management. In case, your Daily Report is not received in
time, the management will be free to presume that you will not be entitled to pay stipend and allowances for those










days for which no Daily Reports are received. However, on sending the Daily Reports in time the management may in
its discretion consider to pay you the stipend and allowances. The decision of management in this regard will be final
and binding.

Also note that you shall be working 5 days in a week i.e. from Monday to Friday. However if organization requires
your services on Sat/Sunday/Holiday, you will be entitled to have compensatory off in lieu of full such working day.

4. FARE:
You will be allowed train fare or actual bus fare as the case may be while touring on Companys instructions for
Companys work. You will travel by bus on certain routes where bus travel is more convenient and fast. The fare
payable to you will be on Kilometre basis and you can charge travelling allowance @ INR 2.50 per kilometre. Any
travelling where you need to travel more than 100 KMs (one way), you shall be disbursed an actual train fare in
three tier AC class only on the production of actual tickets/vouchers.

5. AREA OF ACTIVITY AND TRANSFERS:
Your Head Quarter for the time being will be at Lucknow in the territory of Uttar Pradesh. You will be liable to be
transferred to the area assigned to you by the management and/or such other territories anywhere in India as the
Management may. From time to time, deem necessary at their sole discretion. Your refusal for such transfer will be
considered as your unwillingness to serve the company and in such a case management will be free to terminate
your services.
6. SUNDRY & OTHER FIXED EXPENSES
Sundry expenses such as stationary, postage and octroi will be paid to you as per following-
Mobile Usage: INR 300/- per month
Internet Usage: INR 200/- per month
Vehicle Allowance: INR 200/- per month
Stationary: INR 50/- per month
Any other expenses: Actual on the production of original bills/vouchers

All these said expenses will be disbursed along with expense statement. For the statements received after the
payment dates, if the management is not satisfied with the reason for the delay in receipt of statement, the
payment will be made on the next payment date.

7. LEAVE:
I. Casual leave: All the employees at Trainees level are eligible for casual leave of 15 days in a calendar year. Casual
leave not taken during the calendar year shall not be carried forward to the next year. Employees joining during the
calendar year can avail casual leave on a pro-rata basis. Every application for casual leave shall state the reason for
which the leave is required and should be made prior to the date on which the leave is to commence. As far as
possible, prior permission from the L+1 shall be obtained before taking such leave. In case of sudden requirement of
casual leave, the employee at Role Band Trainee should inform about the same to the L+1 & L+2, by a phone call.
Casual leave may be combined with any other kind of leave in summation

II. Planned Leave: Employee seeks approval from Line Manager over mail before the commencement of leave.






III. Unplanned Leave: Employee seeks approval / informs the Line Manager over a phone call.
IV. Medical leave: All employees in Role Band Trainees are granted leave on medical certificate from
an authorized medical practitioner (on one half of the wages for not less than one eighteenth of the period of
service). If an employee in Role Band Trainee has proceeded to a place other than his headquarters with the
permission of the company and falls ill, he may produce a medical certificate from any registered medical
practitioner practicing at that place. Medical leave of more than three days at a time will have to be supported by a
certificate from a registered medical practitioner and from a Govt. Civil Surgeon, if required. The Management may
arrange for the medical examination of the concerned employee by any Government Medical Officer or by any other
registered practitioner of its choice when the Medical Practitioner whose certificate produced is not in a
Government Service. A fitness certificate will also have to be submitted at the time of joining after availing medical
leave. Application for medical leave should be made as early as possible but not later than 48 hours of the
commencement of sickness. Leave on medical certificate may be taken in continuation with earned leave. Leave on
medical certificate may be granted to an employee at his request notwithstanding that leave is due to him. Medical
leave can be accumulated. However, the same cannot be encashed. Employees joining during the calendar year can
avail sick leave on a pro-rata basis.

8. BONUS:
Subject to the laws and rules that may be applicable to you in this respect, you will be paid BONUS as decided by the
Management as and when declared. You will not be automatically entitled to claim any Bonus till the same is
decided to the paid to you and declared by the management.

9. GENERAL:
I. You will devote your whole time and attention exclusively to on the job training in the company and you shall not
take up any other part time or full time work, whether for remuneration or not, or whether during working hours or
not, or during leave, holidays etc. Nor you will engage yourself in any other business of your own or as an agent for
others.
II. You will maintain during the subsistence of training arrangement and thereafter complete secrecy with regard to
the companys affair and shall not disclose to any person or persons any of the companys trade secrets or any
information regarding the company activities.
III. You will be bound to carry out the orders issued to you any of our offices or your supervisors (if appointed) from
time to time and to work for the company or with any sister or associated concerns or companies, whether existing
at present or which may come into existence in future and in the event of the constitution or the structure of the
companies for which the company obtain Distribution, Selling and Propaganda Rights or as per discretion and orders
of the company.
10. TERMINATION OF TRAINING:
Your training is also liable to be terminated at any time during the training period or on completion of training
without giving notice or without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

The Directors of the company or any other authorised person behalf of the company will have a right to issue the
necessary order including the order of termination of training to you.







11. MEDICAL FITNESS:
During the tenure of your training arrangement in case the Management feels that you are physically or mentally
unfit to be continued in the training, you will be subjected to medical examination by the doctor appointed by the
company for the purpose. If you are found medically unfit to be continued, on receipt of such report, the
management will be free to terminate your training arrangement.

12. JURISDICTION:
You will be governed by the Regd. Office at Lucknow which will have the ultimate control on all your activities. Your
stipend will be paid deemed to have been paid at Lucknow and for all purposes your appointment also will be
deemed to have been made at Lucknow. In case of any dispute that may arise between you and the company in
connection with your training arrangement or in connection with any of the matters specified in the Agreement, it is
specifically agreed and understood by and between the parties that the courts situated in the city of Lucknow alone
will have jurisdiction to try and entertain such matters.











































In token of having accepted the above terms and conditions of training arrangements, you are requested to sign on
the duplicate copy of this letter and return the same.
