Tekho Marine Biotech (8465) stock issuance was approved by Securities and
Futures Bureau effective on 9
th
September 2014. Tekho is the first Grouper farming
company in agricultural industry broke into the capital market in Taiwan. OTC trading
expected to be taking place next year, which trust will increase the vitality of
agricultural industry as a group in the capital market, enhance international
recognition and enlarge fundamental interest.

Tekhos core business is Grouper farming, from the starting point of egg hatching to
juvenile/ adult stage to final commercial sell they have established a complete
production and sales network. Tekho owns 20 hectares of farming areas in Tainan
and Pingdong, altogether 150 hectares of farming areas traced by satellite. With egg
hatching centre and juvenile/ adult farming area, farms are well incorporated with all
different growing stages of Groupers. Companys turnover is NT 410,000,000 in
2013. Given the big environment this year, fish price increased causing insufficient
supply in the market, but Tekho still hold up adequate supplies which resulted a
significant increase of turnover compared to last year. Expected increase will
continue to rise next year.

The company use Digital Management to supervise all farms with strict
implementation on water quality, feed, fish size, production cost and medication
apply control according to the rules of the government. Main product Dragon
Grouper has fast growing speed and strong diseases resistance ability. The stability
of juvenile quantification and egg hatching ratio are all higher than the industry level.
Customer demand for Dragon Grouper in the next 5 years is expected to be
increased by 50% every year. Estimated juvenile production this year is about
1,000,000. The outstanding quality and quantity control of juveniles guarantee a
healthy profit generating out of existing markets. It can also satisfy demand of new
markets in growth.

Tekho is the first company in Taiwan obtained HACCP Certificate. It is also certified
by TGAP and irregularly taking samples to SGS lab for test. The company theory is
safe farming, healthy eating. In order to promote Epinephelus Lanceolatus and
obtain recognition from Japanese officials, the company invited people from
aquaculture industry, government and academies of Taiwan for different tests and
materials proofs, after years of work, finally passed inspection of Ministry of Health,
Labour and Welfare of Japan in 2013, became the first aquaculture company in
Taiwan entitles to export Epinephelus Lanceolatus to Japan. Epinephelus
Lanceolatus are valuable assets, Tekho are about to be issued the first Aquaculture
Insurance Policy in Taiwan. This would be no doubt protecting the company
operations in a whole as well as investment of shareholders by reducing risks.
