Sub: Your requirement of 250 KVA RTU (Ready to use) Silent type DG sets with
AMF panel.
Make : Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

undersigned we are pleased to submit our offer for your requirement as given below:

Supply of Mahindra Brand Silent CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) type approved DG
sets as per description given below:

250 KVA D.G. Sets comprising of 313BHP MAHINDRA make Diesel Engine Water cooled
with A 1 class Governor and coupled to 3 phase , 4 wire, 415V, 0.8 pf, Electric Alternator
(Crompton Greaves / Stamford) suitable for generating 250 KVA @ 1500 RPM mounted on
common Base Frame. The DG Set shall be supplied complete with Manual Panel, Dry
Battery with Leads, Fuel Tank and Silent Acoustic enclosure.

SOUND PROOF ENCLOSURE, suitable for DG Sets, ENCLOSURE is certified and type
approved as per latest CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) norms. It is fabricated out
of best quality steel sheet and will be insulated with highly sound absorbent material.
Adequate provisions are made for Control of Sound Level within 75 dB (A) at a distance of
one meter.

The DG sets are ready to Use (RTU) Silent type and are tested and certified complying to
latest Pollution control board norms on Emission and Noise.

Our Service network is present all over India to provide after sales service. The spare
parts are available with all our local service dealers .

Price for 250 KVA Diesel Genset Powered by 313 BHP Mahindra & Mahindra
Diesel Engine.
Rs. 11,50,000.00 .

Price for 205KVA AMF Panel.

Rs. 1,40,000.00

Other Terms and Conditions:

Price : FOR Site.

Excise duty : Included in above .ED @ 8.24 % cess on ED .

Local Tax : 5% VAT included.

Freight : Till destination included, any other Govt duties if applicable then extra to be
borne by you.

Payment: 30% advance along with order & 70% against Performa Invoice / proof of
dispatch.

Delivery: Within 3- 4 weeks from date of receipt of clear order along with payment.

Warranty: 2 years from the date of Supply.

Validity : 30 days from date of this offer.

Installation , Testing and commissioning of the DG set:

Shall be quoted once the site survey is completed to know the exact nature of work
required at site.

DG SET offered to your complete Ready to use Genset (RTU) type with diesel tank inside
canopy with diesel piping complete, control panel to alternator cabling complete and
control panel is inside canopy with batteries completely in charged condition.
