Schtzung erffnet. Der Zuschlag mit dem Hammer
hlt das letzte Gebot fest. Der Auktionator nennt laut
die Bieternummer des Kufers. Die Bieterschritte sind
im Allgemeinen wie folgt:

Sfr 3,000-5,000 in 200, 300
Sfr 5,000-10,000 in 500
Sfr 10,000-20,000 in 1,000

Der Auktionator hat jedoch die Mglichkeit whrend
der ganzen Auktion diese Schritte nach seinem Ermes-
sen zu ndern.

Wir machen den Kufer darauf aufmerksam, dass Chris-
ties die Identitt des Kufers (natrliche Person) anhand
seines Passes berprfen muss. Bei juristischen Personen
wird ein Handelsregisterauszug verlangt. Zudem ist es
unumgnglich, dass der Kufer Christies die Identitt der
wirtschaftlich berechtigten Person bekannt gibt.
Christies wird beauftragt, bei den folgenden Losen bis
zum angegebenen Betrag mitzubieten.
Ich nehme zur Kenntnis, dass Christies diese Leistung
im Namen und zum Vorteil des Kunden unternimmt
und dass Christies in keiner Weise fr allfllige Fehler
whrend des Bietens belangt werden kann. Bei zwei
gleichen Geboten wird dem ersterhaltenen Gebot Vor-
rang gegeben.
Ich nehme zur Kenntnis, dass, falls mein Gebot erfolgre-
ich sein sollte, sich der Kaufpreis aus dem Zuschlagspreis
und einem Aufgeld von 20% zusammensetzt.
Fr Objekte, die im Katalog mit einem Sternchen (*)
bezeichnet sind, muss der Kufer nur 8% MWST auf
das Aufgeld, nicht aber auf den Zuschlagspreis bezahlen.
Kufern aus dem Ausland wird die MWST nach
erfolgter Bezahlung und Auslieferung des Objektes
zurckerstattet, wenn Christies innerhalb von 30
Tagen nach der Auslieferung des Objektes die gltigen
Exportpapiere erhlt. Genauere Angaben finden Sie
unter Aufgeld und Mehrwertsteuer am Ende dieses
Katalogs.
