Two Day Taijiquan Workshop

This two day workshop will be of interest to anyone who practises Yang style
Tai Chi Chuan and is of particular interest to those who practise Rose Li Tai
Chi Chuan.

Saturday & Sunday 28

March 2015. This workshop is a unique opportunity for
you (whatever your skill level) to polish your Taijiquan form and deepen your
understanding of its underlying dynamics and energetics under the personal guidance of
Shifu Andy James, international martial arts coach and judge, author of four books
including; The Spiritual Legacy of Shaolin Temple: Buddhism, Daoism & the Energetic
Arts. The day will include detailed Taijiquan form review (as taught at the Tai Chi &
Meditation Centre), static and dynamic structure, partner exercises, push hands and more.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain an insight into Andy James integrated mind-body
practice.

Venue: St Josephs Community Centre, Shibdon Road, Blaydon, Tyne & Wear, NE21
5AE. The day will start at 9.30am and finish at 4.30pm. Please bring a packed lunch. Tea
and refreshments will be provided.

Two day attendance: 120 (60 non-refundable deposit required by Nov 1
