Freedom to the Wolves
of the North
Two comrades, Spyros Mandylas and
Andreas Tsavdaridis, were arrested on
charges of terrorism in relation to four
responsibility claims for the PHOENIX
PROJECT* by FAI/FRI direct action
groups. Also, the Nadir squat was raided
and searched by the anti-terrorist force.
On Thursday night, July 11, cops invaded
the anarchist squat Nadir, stealing the
squats equipment, causing damages and
arresting one comrade. At the same time,
another group of uniformed thugs arrests
another comrade in the area of Stavroupoli,
Thessaloniki.
We will not talk about unfair prosecutions,
about the climate of terror against those
who fight, nor about the new totalitarian-
ism and things like that. Thats because we
know that none of these is new. These are
simply snapshots of the ancient war between
two incompatible words: on the one side lies
the disgusting world of the Authority, of the
submissive crowd and of the social cesspit
and on the other side, the anarchist insur-
gents, the insubordinate fighters of the
Negative, those who do not bow down to
nobody. We will neither talk about the others.
The ones who these days feel secretly happy
and relieved. Now its not the time nor the
place to do so. They should bear in mind,
however, that the time will come to talk
about these things.
We will talk about our brothers.
For all those who despise the comfort of the
intra-systemic political struggle and throw
themselves, smiling, into the fight. For all
those who take part in the anarchist war and
in the continuous insurrection using all kinds
of means and from different bastions.
We will talk about the comrades of the FAI/
IRF network, about the ALF and ELF
fighters, about the proud illegalists, about the
bank robbers and also about those fighters,
by whom we may be separated in terms of
ideas, but with whom we find ourselves
together behind the street barri-
cades and in the battle trenches.
We will talk about love and
solidarity between comrades.
About the nonnegotiable and
intransigent solidarity, which is
forged by fire and not the human-
istic whining of democrats of any
colour.
For us, it doesnt really matter if
our comrades, who were captured
on Thursday, have done what they
are accused of. Because we know
that this path doesnt begin with
the armed struggle nor does it end
there and that it may never go
there. It is a path of conscience
that all of us have chosen long
ago

developed with their solidarity actions,
and not only, in recent years in Salonika,
despite the harsh oppressive attacks they
have received from the barbaric Greek
State, whether that is preventive arrests
and temporary remands or imprisonments,
or raids of the State dogs inside the self-
organized steki Nadir as well as other
occupied spaces, give us the tenacity
and will to continue and with more rage.
Unfortunately, it was too hard for us to be
present today but there will be strength
always and we will meet again!

The State is the only
Terrorist - About the
repression in Thessaloniki

Every minute, every hour that passes, the
historical evil represented by the State
attacks a society that groans and dies
slowly under its boot and in passivity.
However, fireworks of anger and resistance
do not stop ripping up the generalized
darkness and wild voices of fury and
conscience do not stop giving birth to
nightmares for the complacent and the
poorer by the day population and calling
for a wide front of resistance and libera-
tion, for the necessity of the revolution.
One such outpost of resistance and of
tireless work for the Negative exists for
years, NADIR with its two-front irreconcil-
able fight against the state and the
authority on one hand and on the other
hand, against reformism and all kinds of
capitulation by the anarchist movement
that dances to the rhythm of the state
agenda and at times, functions as the long
arm of Democracy.
This is the reason why the attacks from
both these poles are fierce and constant
and of course, instead of intimidating us,
they accelerate us since we have lived
and we have showed though our lives and
actions that what is special is perishing in
the battlefield. Yesterday, special forces of
this operetta-state, the EKAM and anti-
terrorist mutts invaded once more this
center of revolutionary culture and of
exemplary anarchist action and kidnapped
one of our comrades, while another one
was snatched on his way home. Of
course, their vindictive fury left nothing
intact, breaking and destroying everything,
even the sanitary articles!!!
We dont want to say anything more on
this case which is still evolving. We have
proved that we are not like the ones who
talk and profiteer in the assemblies
smudging papers
We will continue unscathed in the ruins,
smudging the grayness of the complacent
consciences and defeatism with the
smokes of the social battle and of our
souls, and we recognize ourselves no-
where else but in this fight.

before the interrogator today 17/7
in Loukareos in Athens, are
dealing with the following charges:
-Incorporation into a terrorist
organization with the additional
case of preparing, supplying and
possession of explosive materials
for the service of a terrorist
organization. (This is about the
CCF)
-Terrorist act of attempted homi-
cide with intent in a calm state of
mind.
-Terrorist act of explosion with
intent and with the use of explo-
sive materials from which could
result and did result in common
danger to private property and
danger to humans and facilities of
common utility and from which
was caused actual bodily harm for
both and repeatedly.
-Terrorist act of preparation, supply
and possession of explosive
materials and bombs with intent to
cause danger to private property
and humans for both and repeat-
edly .
-Terrorist act of arson from which
could result common danger to
private property and danger to
humans, for both and repeatedly.
-Terrorist act of criminal damage to
private property which was carried
out with one of the means in article
270 of the penal code for both and
repeatedly.
-Instigators of the last 4 acts of
Phoenix Project.
Also as instigators for the 4 actions of
project Phoenix, are accused the 10
imprisoned members of the R.O.
Conspiracy Cells of Fire.
On 17/7 at 10am the two arrestees
appeared before the interrogator, who
decided to hold them on remand.
The comrades were transferred to
Koridallos prisons.
Outside the court rooms there was a
solidarity gathering.

Greek and global prisons, or through the
spreading of actions of comrades out in the

theyve got for an anarchist insurrectionalist
revolution.
We are another aspect of the asymmetric
threat.
The war to the end has begun and the only
development we could hope for is the clash,
till the abolishment of laws, the
destruction of authoritarian
society and its relations, till the
liberation of human and nature
from the bonds of State and
capitalism.

on the prison rooftops, clashes

at an individual and collective

The multiform actions of the CCF
as well as many other groups and
comrades from Greece and

Old groups are activated and new are
created, with the promise to give life to
the nightmares of authority and its
subjects.
Comrade G.Tsakalos has been held on
remand for 32 months when the limit is
18. We do not care about the provisions
of the constitution.
We do not desire the cleansing of
institutions, we fight for their destruction.
We know that the law is a weapon in the
hand of dominance, just like we know
that our ten imprisoned brothers and
sisters will not be liberated with legal
procedures.
We believe authority is total of values
which in the core is the citizen-mass
human, who lies in the muck of stagna-
tion, where everyone forgets their name
and responsibilities. But even in this
disgust some have a name. One of them
is Dimitris Horianopoulos. During his
service as a commander of the anti-
terrorist force, the operation against the
R.O. CCF was carried out.
Horianopoulos is nothing more than a
piece of garbage of the complexity of
security and the fact that he has retired
does not mean that we forgot him. The
same goes for the rest of the scumbags
in his department. They should know
that they are on the top of the target list
of FAI/IRF.
We take responsibility for the sending of
a parcelbomb to the scumbag men-
tioned above, which was, unfortunately,
detected.
We dedicate our attack to the
UNREPENTANT and PROUD members
of the CCF, as well as all imprisoned
anarchists of praxis, wherever they
are. We send our LOVE and RESPECT
to all anarcho-individualists, nihilists,
and iconoclasts who discovered the
fountain of life in the attack.

P.S. It was announced that the parcel
was ignited after falling down in the post
office. The parcel we sent was abso-
lutely safe for anyone not a target. The
mechanism activates ONLY if the
envelope is opened and not if it falls or

happened. The only sure thing is that
the package was opened.

the Spanish prisons

Dear comrades, I send you the
translation of a document dated March-
April 2013 on our struggle against
torture and abuse in the Spanish
prisons, to let you know what is
happening here.
In October 2011 a group of prisoners
from different State jails organized
themselves to start a struggle against
torture and abuse in prison. The
proposal came out after several months
of debate and exchange of ideas
among prisoners and groups of support
from the outside on the tactics and
strategies to be employed in this
struggle.
The common actions we agreed on
were symbolic hunger strikes on the
first day of every month, accompanied
by written reports of denunciation to
the Congress of Deputies (owing to
their political responsibility and
complicity), the Ombudsman and the
Committees of Geneva and Strasbourg.
The solidarity activity of the groups of
support from the outside consisted in
establishing a coordination inside-
outside the prisons, so as to make
information circulate in the most
effective possible way. In this regard, a
network of solidarity lawyers was
created in order to protect the
comrades on struggle from the reprisals
of the prison institution.
The main goal of this struggle was to
denounce the situation within the
prison walls with a struggle carried out
jointly by prisoners and groups that
support comrades from outside, and to
send a message to public opinion, that
prisons are symbols of mistreatment in
its totality and that torture is not only
physical but also psychological.
Ghosting, isolation, FIES regime, life
sentences, lack of medical assistance,
administration of drugs that are being
experimented with, censorship on verbal
and written communication,
mistreatment of family members, the
blackmail perpetrated in therapeutic
sessions (where the prisoner is forced
to act as a screw), the blackmail of
leave permits, etc.
After a year and a half of
symbolic struggle, the campaign
continues in spite of the fact that
the number of prisoners on
struggle has not increased (they
are between 40 and 60 scattered
in 20 prisons). However a form of
permanent resistance has
strengthened inside the jails and
so has a reason for struggling
outside, with repeated
denunciations, meetings,
gatherings, demos, publications,
sending of faxes to the prisons
where episodes of torture occur.
In this way the silence and
isolation that the institutions are
trying to impose on our reality has
been broken.
During this period some prisoners
went on hunger strike on a weekly
basis, refused to go to the
exercise yard and in some cases
continued the hunger strike for
15, 40 and even 80 days.
Petitions in support to the
campaign were made in several
prisons and then sent to the
Congress of Deputies, which as
expected answered by arguing
that there exists no torture in the
Spanish State and therefore the
claims are unfounded.
In spite of the fact that there have
been no big initiatives inside or
outside, it is a long and constant
struggle, in permanent conflict
with the prison system. Prison is
the bitterest instrument with
which the system tries to impose
its regime of repression and
dominion against those who dont
adapt to imposed rules and
discipline. Its existence is linked
to that of the State.
We all, prisoners and anyone on
the loose, live in a Prison-State
system that strikes us. Support
and solidarity with prisoners
should be a common practice for
all those who struggle for freedom
and consider themselves
anarchists.

Claudio Lavazza was accused of many
robberies, and was also sentenced by a
Malaga court to 11 years for an armed
action in a Italian Embassy in Spain.
Three comrades imprisoned the consul
and an employee, sending a message of
solidarity to the Italian prisoners jailed by
Judge Marini. He was sentenced to 50
years, and another 27 years in Italy and
30 more in France are waiting for him.

On May 15, 2013 a major crackdown
was launched by the Mossos
DSquadra [Catalan police] which was
directed from the National Audience
Court in Madrid [high prosecution
panel], in which five anarchists were
arrested in various parts of Catalonia.
A media-orientated coup to coincide
with the second anniversary of the 15-
M popular protests, a mediatic lynch-
ing, where these libertarians still remain
in pretrial custody. Details of the case
and solidarity initiatives can be found
on the support blog to the five of
Barcelona. In this post we provide the
addresses where letters can be sent to
the companerxs.
The current status of the 5 anarchist
prisoners at July 31 is dispersion to two
Spanish provinces (Avila and Madrid)
and 5 different prisons under the
FIES3 penitentiary regime. The state
lifted the isolation which the
companerxs were under, but the state
continues with the other FIES restric-
tions they apply.

being monitored so we propose

We receive and transmit the text
of a leaflet distributed on July 17
in Trento during a small
spontaneous demo in solidarity
with Kamilla, Jos and Leo, who
are currently under house arrest
and accused of having attacked
five job agencies.
Are We Men or Corporals?
Corporals [in Italian the word
also indicates recruiters of day
labourers, TN] are those
particularly hideous men who
recruit day labourers in piazzas
and drive them to yards or fields,
where they exploit them and retain
a portion of their (miserable)
wages as a sort of payoff.
The buying and selling of labour
force represents the most horrible
slave-aspect of economy.
Since 1998, thanks to the Treu
legislative package [Treu is an
infamous former ministry of labour
and social policy, TN] introduced
by the Prodi government with the
endorsement of the unions, the
system of directly hiring labourers
for very low wages has been
legalized. This led to the
spreading of job agencies in Italy,
which are the effects and at the
same time the causes of work
conditions increasingly precarious
and under constant attack. If you
dont adjust, if you are not
perfectly functional to the needs
of the boss, at the end of a day, a
week or a month your job contract
wont be renewed and another
person, more submissive (or
simply more desperate),will be
hired instead of you. No strike, no
chance to go back to your country
for a few days if you are a
migrant, no chance to make claims.
Only: Yes, boss. A dream for
capitalists (which in fact use it as
much as they can), a nightmare for the
poor, who become subjected to fierce
competition. Your life is constantly
subjected to a telephone call from the
job agency. Are you unhappy with this?
Come forward another one.
In the night between July 14 and July
15 three anarchists are arrested (and
then put under house arrest) in Trento,
as they are accused of having
attacked the windows of five job
agencies.
We are not interested in knowing
whether or not they did it.
But we know that job agencies have
made the curse of wage labour even
more damned.
We know that these agencies are
increasingly hated.
We know that to attack them is the
minimum that can be done.
We know that Kamilla, Jos and Leo
are our comrades, fighting and
generous comrades.
Some will say that you dont get
anything out of illegal actions. On the
contrary we think that by respecting
the law (which the State and its
bosses themselves break as much as
this suits them) we ended up with our
heads in the toilet, forced to ask for
permission if we want to take the head
out of the toilet in order to breathe.
There will be no change until the
exploiters and their servants dont start
feeling threatened.
Instead of looking through the windows
of ones submission someone started
smashing them.
As far as we are concerned, we want
all the windows of exploitation to be
smashed to pieces.

This statement was read in the
4th trial of CCF (250 attacks)
Before I speak my mind about the
legal objections raised from the
side of the lawyers, I want to
make something clear. In this trial,
there are four different sides. The
side of the judges, the lawyers
side, the side of the accused, who
are innocent and our own side,
the side of those who took re-
sponsibility for our action in the
network of the Conspiracy of
Cells of Fire.
From the part of the lawyers there
was a refined positioning in
relation to the submission of
objections to the court in previous
sessions. The lawyers, among
whom is also our personal friend
Franciscos Ragkousis, speaking
in the language of the law, not
only highlighted the contradictions
of the trial but they also showed
its hypocrisy.
Were talking about a show that
does not even keep up the pre-
tenses of its own democratic
scenario. But this farce called a
trial, leaves us completely indiffer-
ent. Often our attorneys ap-
pointed by the court, reach a
dead end. As they say them-
selves, the hostile and absolute

way in which we face this
trial, blocks them and cancels
pieces of legal defense. It
cancels the possible pre-
sumption of innocence, the
pleas and defense lines as
well as the legal benefit of
any extenuations.
To be accurate, your laws are
trash for us. Our view on
justice is written on the
demolition of the courts of
Thessaloniki, on the blasting
of the faade of Athens
Court, on the homes of
judges, that we burned
Nothing has changed just
because some of us were
captured. The captivity in
prison did not reduce our
decision to fight against laws
and institutions, not even one
inch.
Then one could reasonably
wonder why we appear at
trial. The answer is simple.
When we were free/wanted
our attacks were the way we
expressed ourselves and
now as we remain captured,
our word, even in the court of
the enemy, breaks the si-
lence. Silence is not accept-
able for an anarchist urban
guerrilla.
This does not mean that we will
resort to the legal corpses of
words in order to talk about
ourselves. Reference was made
to the jurisdiction of the Court.
For us, the court lacks jurisdic-
tion. We do not recognize any
white-collar as our natural judge.
Only we and our conscience
can judge our actions. Nobody
else. There was also a plea for
the poor composition of judges.
But for us, there are no good
and bad judges, nor righteous
and unrighteous. There are
simply judges, officials of the
enemy in different shades
whose names are targets of the
anarchist network of CCF,
without exceptions.
The issue of the Joint Statutory
and the presence of jurors, was
also mentioned. We make clear
here that we are anarcho-
individualists and nihilists and
that we have no appreciation
nor respect for the poor
people. Even more, for law-
abiding citizens who sit on the
benches of jurors. These poor
people, who are today humili-
ated and miserable, are the
same who worship their bosses
and have the same values with
them, money and power. They
are the people who always
whimper but never revolt, ques-
tioning but always believing in
young leaders/saviors, who
always yell but never act. It is
high time we break away from
dusty revolutionary ideologies
no sheep was saved bleating.
Against sheep and shepherds,
we are wolves.
As far as the definition of politi-
cal crime is concerned, we
dont seek an evaluation for our
actions within the laws and the

articles of the penal code. Our
actions are defined by ourselves
with the way we intervene into the
normal course of history in order to
derail it. Only through violent derail-
ment of history, is a person able to
come across the peaks of his
thoughts and actions. We place
ourselves far away from the so-
called unselfish separation between
political and criminal. These terms
belong to Power and we dont use
them. There is just the responsibil-
ity of saying this is me and I will
continue to wage war by all
means necessary. Theory and
action are one. This is the theory of
the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire. The
unity of theory and action, for the
destruction of the system. As for
the unselfishness of the motives of
our actions, this just a romantic
abstraction, unable to measure up
with real life. Anarchy is our egoistic
demand to ourselves, to take life in
our own hands. To define our
existence. To hit what is ugly. More
than anything it is an existential bet
and not a scheme for social salva-
tion. So we are not unselfish and
neither do we act in the name of the
pitiful people. We are egoist anar-
chists and we dont accept extenu-
ations. We have already chosen the
weight of our choices and we are

As far as the potential risk of human
life is concerned, we have said
these things before in other trials.
The choices of each one of us,
define their life. There are options
that are hostile and their exponents
are targets for us. The acts and
thoughts of an anarchist urban
guerrilla aim to multiply the risk to
the life of the enemies of anarchy
and of state officials. It is clear that
the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire

this risk and we will continue to do

bother to answer the objec-
tions because we are indiffer-

From the high security prison of
Santiago Chile (CAS) I want to greet
with all subversive love and libertarian
complicity everyone and every prisoner
who finds themselves behind bars
throughout the world for fighting against
the empire of devastation, the ancient
order of capital, for human and animal
liberation and doing long sentences,
those who are losing the best hours of
their lives behind bars, charges, sensory
limitations, oppressive structures and
jail machinations in unending Judicial
Farces.

of tower 5 of the San Miguel Prison. Today
that terrible event survives in the memory
of the families and the Rebels and those in
Insurrection with memories of Resistance
and Subversion now that no one else
remembers. It is the most cruel
characterization of an indolent society that
makes natural the normalizing approval of
daily life in which no one does anything.
The prisons are human landfills, drains
where it is common to meet social
prisoners with incredibly high sentences for
only robbery. I am not talking of homicides,
sexual aggressors, narco-trafficers I am
talking of those that strike against private
property and must pay extremely high
sentences. Submitted to total and
intermediate abandonment, in the high or
maximum security sections, there is always
a place for those of us who rebel against
the existent, moving to form a part of this
contingent of human beings that, as
masters of our own lives, must resist for
decades the prisons unhealthy routine of
extermination.
The transformation of autonomous
practices have happily distanced me from
politics, therefore I claim libertarian
prisoner because it is from this way of
seeing and understanding life that I have
been able to distance myself as well from
those practices of self-complacency which
multiply Ghettos, Shows, Trials, and
assertions based in the morality of good
and badPolitics is disgusting and rots
everything that it penetrates In reality
transgressive and subversive action does
not require the political support of anyone
because it becomes urgent to the extent
that there are thousands of motives to take
the offensive without waiting for the
people or the masses From the right
or the left politics is the same shit In
affinity, in desires and necessities, in
revolt, in the individual decision to liberate
yourself there is not shitty political valor, in
the prisons, in the poorest poblaciones, in
the misery of the street, amongst the
marginalized, make or talk about politics
and you sentence yourself to false
isolation.
Defiance in the face of the prison society
is potent in making visible the machinery of
death that amounts to the existence of this
human meat grinder. Take note of the
millionaires resources invested in the
protection of private property, socialize the
experiences of Resistance, empathize with
the multiple and daily resistances, inform
yourself about the networks of executioner-
torturers who hide themselves behind their

In this instance, this event was born
from the direct solidarity with Marie
Mason and Eric McDavid, anarchist
compaerxs incarcerated inside the
USA, and why June 11? Because this
day began a Day of Solidarity with the
anarchist Jeff Free Luers, accused of
various acts who was finally released
in 2009.
Without a doubt with Marie and Eric in
prison due to radical ecologist and
anarchist expressions, the power of
domination hopes to curb the capacity
to actualize the ascent of antagonistic
struggle in the gullet of domination.
Well now, these companerxs are not
the first or the only, nor the last in
having to face the judicial normalcy of
capital that gives years of sentences
as though Rebels and those in
Insurrection could possibly live more
than 200 years Equally in this part
of the planet the autonomous Tradition
of Solidarity organized with subversive
prisoners is sifting, oscillating, recently
rebuilding itself. Perhaps the most solid
trail was constituted by the collective
of political prisoners called Camina
Libre of which I was proudly a part of,
from its formation in 1996 until its self
dissolution in 2004. I also remember a
decade ago the brief functioning of the
Anarchist Black Cross of Santiago,
which disappeared due to a fault in
projectuality and because, basically,
those that gave life to said project now
live a life of convenience and therefore
the act of organizing oneself was only
a temporary effort not a real and true
commitment with the prisoners of the
Social War.
In this way, for the last 17 years I have
seen different networks of support,
coordinated from freedom, meeting in
freedom, groups with different levels of
commitment and various assemblies
which have disappeared and the direct
solidarity with prisoners who struggle
have remained in their immediate
environment, many times facing highly
complex situations in complete
helplessness, even more so if they
come from proletarian homes, not
bourgeois families capable of spending
thousands on judicial defense or stays
in prison as has already happened.
I have always thought that I can not be
complacent at the time of existential
accounts about what happens in prison
and in the same manner I distance
myself from those that use this
experience to transform themselves
into opinion-o-logues of the Social War
talking comfortably, lightly, and
conveniently at events, radios, or
publications while many of us
leave our bones in the stifling
routine of prison.
Those who have gone to prison in
the last 8 years have not been
few. In Santiago 1, in the
Maximum Security Section, in the
High Security Prison, in SEAS-
COF Temporary steps that
through oral testimonies have
marked forever their ways of
understanding and seeing the
struggle to the point that many of
them have disappeared by
completely repeating the internal
and continual cycle of forgetting,
of false conspiracy, of excuse and
constant fear Therefore that
unanswered question that I asked
myself in the 902 s comes into
my head: How to construct a
lasting space capable of facing
Revolutionary Solidarity, the
totality of prison existence as an
extension of the fight against the
State and Capital?
The defiance is daily and the
tension permanent, there are not
breaths nor rest for those of us
that live behind bars. The level of
the jailers impunity seems
endless: they punish you for
whatever they want; destroy your
belongings; dont let you enter
your visit you have been waiting
for for so long; they transfer you
or punish you with false
arguments; dont let you see your
lawyer; they throw out the food or
rip up the clothing that with
strength and care your loved ones
have brought you; they eternally
harass you; they invent Process-
Farces to continually leave you in
prison. Always with the same
logic: that of destroying your
individual antagonistic integrity, a
Rebellion indomitable to the point
that they cannot kill it.
Because the reality of the
Chilean prison society is highly
repressive and normalized from
the punishment of prisoners to the
repression of their family members
and loved ones, and includes the
destruction of the most essential
bonds. It is not casual that one of
the most horrendous massacres of
the Global Prison system
happened in Chile on December
8, 2010, with the horrible deaths

us, simplify the language to put our grain
of sand in this titanic fight to abolish
prisons, destroying the State and
Capital there are thousands of
challenges for subversives,
revolutionaries, and dignified social
prisoners in order to avoid paying many
years behind bars, loosing in this way the
best days of their lives

We join the appeal for two international
days in solidarity with Georges Ibrahim
Abdallah on 5th and 6th July 2013,
along with ten political prisoners of the
organization La Voie Dmocratique
from Morocco, Kostas Gournas of
Revolutionary Struggle and a prisoner
of the organization November 17 (both
from Greece).
Thomas Meyer-Falk [imprisoned
comrade sentenced for political bank
robbery in Germany] already sent his
declaration of solidarity with these two
days of action, while two prisoners of
PC p-m from Siano (Italy) will send
their declaration of support. We, Marco
Camenish and Andrea Stauffacher, will
start a hunger strike from June 30 to
July 7.
This is our declaration:
Georges Ibrahim Abdallahs case is
exemplary like that of many revolution-
ary prisoners who have remained
coherent for years and years and for
this reason they are not being released
in spite of the fact that they finished to
serve their sentence. Georges was
arrested in 1984 in Lyon (France) as a
Lebanese militant of the Lebanese
Revolutionary Armed Fraction, and
sentenced to life in prison in 1987. He
should have been released 14 years
ago but his liberation was hampered by
French courts because of the growing
pressure exercised by the USA and
Israel. Here is a quotation from a secret
document: On his return to his country
he would be celebrated as a hero, also
by several movements engaged in
revolutionary struggle. He cant be

intervened in the city of Volos with
banners for Spyros Mandylas and
Andreas Tsavdaridis, anarchists from
Thessaloniki that are both held in
pretrial incarceration, accused for the
Phoenix Project. Andreas, Spyros: hold
strong until freedom. The more sheep
will be bleating, the more wolves will be

9 August, Komotini, Greece: Late in
the evening, comrades from the
anarchist hangout Utopia A.D. put up a
banner at the central square of
Komotini that reads: "The State is the
only terrorist. On July 11th, cops raided
allowed to be back to the battlefield.
A battlefield where imperialist forces are
being inflicted heavy defeats. Defeats in
Iraq and Afghanistan led the USA to
change their strategy of war. Away from
the TV screen, military intervention in
open field and the rearmament of the
wars of the substitutes even including
the Talibans and Al-Quaida are being
adopted. Military bases in Europe, like
those in Sigonella (Italy) and Stuttgart
(Germany) are being rearmed. From
these bases unmanned drones are being
used as death machines, massive
surveillance systems are being presented
as legitimate means of protection. They
talk about violence only in a context of
social revolts or revolutionary struggles,
define wars as interventions for peace
and proclaim State terrorism as a form of
protection of democracy.
Georges cant be allowed to be back to
the battlefield where a crisis is intensify-
ing and internal social contradictions are
moving towards the resistance of social
revolts and revolutionary struggles in an
explosive and incontrollable way: in Arab
countries, London, Athens, Istanbul and
Brazil. According to special parole
boards, the institute for the execution of
sentences 3 and the direction of foren-
sic-psychological clarifications, Marco
Camenish shouldnt be allowed to be
back to the battlefield either. They say
that Marco is intelligent, has an impor-
tant role in the struggle against capital-
ism, continues to have a view on the
world that promotes delinquency, shows
a chronic disposition for violence and
cultivate social contacts that legitimize
violence. The indispensable factor that
would lighten his prison sentence: the
treatment of these problematic aspects
(his view on the world and violent
disposition) through therapy and a clear
distancing from his social contacts. How
right Georges was when he wrote in
March this year: Comrades, you must
know that when the bourgeois justice
system aims at destroying the political
identity of a revolutionary prisoner it also
aims at hampering the complete critical
assessment of his struggle and at
criminalizing us. Their trick consists in
denying the attempts of struggle that
have been developing in Europe and in
the Middle East in the last two decades.
Together, comrades, and only together
will we win.
With this initiative we aim at contributing
to the development of international
struggle as a weapon which can create
revolutionary relations, continuity and
organization and which can put resis-
tances and struggles in relation in a
constructive way.

in Patras were evicted. Solidarity
with the arrested comrades." They
also shared out a text in solidarity
with anarchists Andreas Tsavdaridis
and Spyros Mandylas that were
placed on remand in relation to the
Phoenix Project, with Nadir squat in
Thessaloniki that was stormed by the
antiterrorist unit, as well as the
squats in Patras (Parartima,
Maragopouleio, Self-managed
Hangout of TEI) that were sealed off
by the police.
9 August, Athens, Greece: Com-
rades performed an intervention of
solidarity to the Parartima and
Maragopouleio squats and the Self-
managed Hangout of TEI in Patras
that were stormed by state forces in
the early hours of August 5th. During
the intervention, banners were placed
at the entrance to the archaeological
site of Acropolis, disrupting the fake
image of a respectable city of
Athens and attracting the attention of
visitors.
6 August, Bristol, UK: The fascist
pub 'County Sports Club' on Colston
Street was attacked. 4 windows were
smashed each with 2 panes and
SMASH FASCISM was painted on
the wall. On July 13th the County
Sports Club allowed Close Shave to
play, a fascist punk band that have
played regularly with Screwdriver and
on the bill of Rock Against Commu-
nism. Their lyrics advocate bringing
back the death penalty for immi-
grants and gays amongst other
things.
1 August, Santiago, Chile: On the
outskirts of the Juan Gmez Milla
campus of the University of $hile (a
territory dominated by the fascism in
the south), comrades set fire to road
barricades and attacking the lackeys
of the state when they responded to
the disturbance (water-spraying
trucks, gas-throwing trucks and
police special forces squadrons),
however, their surprise was great
when the black smoke spread
through the skies, among leaflets and
molotov cocktails, which for a few
minutes gave life to the monotony of
the crowds of the living dead. The
action is dedicated to eternal love for

25 July, Santiago, Chile: A militant
march for decriminalization of
abortion took place. Chile is one
of the countries where abortions
are banned in all circumstances.
Consequentially, women are jailed
for abortions, and others die
having back-alley abortions. There
were clashes with the security
forces and the demonstrators
entered a cathedral during mass.
Whistling and yelling slogans
(Keep your rosaries off our
ovaries, among others) they tried
to overwhelm the microphone.
They painted some slogans inside
the cathedral and flipped wooden
pews, even pulling a few out of
the church. Slogans painted were
"Abortion is the best I shit on
god.", "Mary wanted to have an
abortion", "Against the capitaliza-
tion of our abdomens Autonomy
of the body, and fire to the
patriarchy".
20 July, Yevpatoria, Ukraine: An
Animal Liberation Front Cell of the
Informal Anarchist Federation
'SEALS on Tour' made a daring
liberation action. "2 dolphins were
set free from Yevpatoria
dolphinarium as a result of a
special operation with diving
equipment. During the night of the
full moon on 20/07/2013 we
covered 2 km under water and
breached the security perimeter:
We cut the nets and entered the
dolphin containment pools. In the
next hour we cut a large part of
the perimeter barrier. Dolphins
encouraged our efforts with clicks
and whistling. Their support filled
us with joy and excitement. This
has been an unforgettable meet-

area of operation. By the way, the
prison was equipped with night-

attack against BancoEstado,
situated right next to the Justice
Centre is claimed in solidarity with
Hans Niemeyer, sentenced on 12
July to a 5-year imprisonment for
carrying explosive material, and to
300-day imprisonment for the damages
inflicted on a bank. The direct action is
claimed by Victor Lambros Incendiary
Group / FAI-IRF.

southern zone of Rio de Janeiro,
thousands staged a protest across the

15 July, Torun, Poland: Antifascists
hung a solidarity banner in the centre of
the city for anarchist prisoner Kostas
Sakkas in Greece.
14 July, Susa Valley, Italy: An excavator
of the company Effedue, involved in the
works for the implementation of the TAV
railway track, was set on fire along the
bank of the Dora Riparia river.
14 July, Santiago, Chile: "At midnight
on July 14 we set off to several temples
of money, we howled at the moon,
and we walked with our black clothing
in front of a police station and almost
without hesitation we proceeded to
execute our action. We disabled 8
ATMs on La Florida Avenue, including
some of a BCI Bank, in solidarity with
Hans Niemeyer, sentenced to almost 6
years in prison for the Arms Control
Law and damages to property. ... " The
action was taken responsibility by
Colibrs Eduardo Carouy Free Gang,
who also dedicated the action to
imprisoned, fugitive and fallen anarchist
comrades.
11 July, Thessaloniki, Greece: After a
fully operational letterbomb is sent to
Dimitris Horianopoulos, (ex-commander
of the anti-terrorist division which
orchestrated the operation against the
CCF), two anarchists are arrested after
a large cop operation. As well, the cops
raid and search anarchist hangout Steki
Nadir and the Thessaloniki campus. At
the same time there is an orchestrated
media operation with the same journal-
ists-colleagues of the cops. In Vima
newspaper, specific spaces and a
specific comrade is portrayed. Friday
afternoon, cops make a pitiful an-
nouncement. Heavy charges are
attributed with no connection with the
confiscated evidence. There is a
world. Kostas Pappas Cell of Faceless
Individuals took responsibility (K.Pappas
is a comrade who fell in a traffic accident
in 2007 in Greece while fleeing from the
police).
End of July, Adygeya, Russia: A mobile
housing unit at a highway construction
site is torched by Conspiracy of Cells of
Fire-Russia.
31 July, Hamburg, Germany: Attack of
revolutionary solidarity. "The building of
the ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions AG
in Hamburg was attacked. The entrance
windows and doors were smashed and
around two dozen bottles were thrown at
the building to mark it. The street in front
of the building was blocked by burning
barricades. ThyssenKrupp is one of the
biggest companies producing war
machines. They deliver to armies all over
the world. The attack was in solidarity
with the imprisoned comrades Sonja and
Sibylle, who took a non-compromising
stand against the State and its justice.
Sonja is accused of attacks and partici-
pation in the Revolutionre Zellen/
Revolutionary Cells (RZ) in the 70s.
Sibylle is imprisoned for her non-coopera-
tion with justice. The trial is still going on.
Also the attack was dedicated to the
June revolt in Turkey. Militant greetings to
Istanbul, Ankara, Amed, Eskisehir, to
all the prosecuted and imprisoned rebels
and in remembrance of the killed." Sibylle
S. was released on August 6, 2013, after
the detention evidently did not change
her uncomprimising stance of non-
cooperation.
28 July, Santiago, Chile: Barricades
erected at an intersection and propa-
ganda left in the area in solidarity with
Hans Niemeyer, kidnapped by the Chilean
state, and to the combative memory of
compaero Carlo Giuliani, killed by the
guard dogs of the state of Italy, 2001.
Without ever forgetting all our dead
compaeros and also those who are
imprisoned, but never submissive. " ... We
break the parameters via fire, we are
participants in and accomplices of
destruction, we will not tire until destroy-
ing the last cage."
26 July, Thessaloniki, Greece: At Friday
dawn, July 26th, 6 ATMs were sabotaged
in the area of Stavroupoli in Thessaloniki.

anarchists from Thessaloniki, who are
accused of participation in the project
Phoenix. Strength to the anarchists of
Nadir squat, who were assaulted in their

5 July, Athens, Greece: Motorcycle demo
to the General State Hospital of Nikaia, in
Piraeus, where Kostas Sakkas is being
detained on hungerstrike.
4 July, Hamburg, Germany: Banner hung,
leaflets and posters distributed in solidar-
ity with Kostas Sakkas, who was at that
point already an entire month on
hungerstrike.
2 July, Porto Alegre, Brazil: Two military
vehicles were torched and seven
dumpsters were burned.
2 July, Athens, Greece: The Ministry of
Culture was attacked. Comrades jumped
over the gate, delivered to the flames all
vehicles owned by the Ministry in the
parking lot and then left together with the
rest of the group. An action of solidarity
and support of the struggle fought by
anarchist K.Sakkas, putting his own body
in the frontline, having completed already
1 month on hunger strike, demanding his
immediate release. The battle he gives
against his political and physical extermi-
nation, is a part of the wider resistance
against capitalist restructuring and the
regime of emergency imposed by the
domestic and international dominance in
Greece and around the world.
30 June, Jakarta, Indonesia: To show to
the unionists that the workers goals are
not to be workers anymore, and not for
eight-hours, democracy inside the factory,
freedom of association or other reformist
demands, Anger Unit / ICR-FAI-IRF burnt
down a three floor fashion screenprinting
clothing warehouse. The group issued
A Contribution for the FAI-IRF,
(325.nostate.net/?p=8262), which read in
part: "Each of those who read the
communiqu must realize that we have a
logic and reasoning that would not be
possible according to the logic used by
the pacifist, social activists and the Leftist
and other citizens including the social
anarchists which does not comprise part
of our group. For us, it does not matter
and is also not an issue that is important
at this time. Each individual has the right
to hold opinions and justifications respec-
tively. Each group will have a different
analysis of the foundation with the other
groups. Every person is entitled to choose
their own path for how to get involved,
and take personal responsibility. Each
individual must find tactics that suit them
and select it."
29 June, Athens, Greece: A vehicle of the
Public Power Corporation (DEI) was torched
in downtown Agrinio in solidarity with Kostas
Sakkas. "Strength to our captive brothers
and sisters - Rage and consciousness".
29 June, Buenos Aires, Argentina: A patrol
car of the Argentine Federal Police in
Palermo, was torched in solidarity with the
prisoners of the Conspiracy of the Cells of
Fire, with greetings to Panagiotis Argirou
and strength to Gerasimos Tsakalos; to the
prisoners of the repressive state operations
against anarchists in Italy; to Nicola Gai
and Alfredo Cospito; to anarchist Kostas
Sakkas on hunger strike; for complicit
greetings to the Anti-civilization Fraction of
the Earth Liberation Front, kindred spirits of
the Informal Anarchist Federation. The
Amigxs de la Tierra / FAI took responsibil-
ity.
29 June, Athens, Greece: Demo in solidarity
with hungerstriking comrade K.Sakkas.
26 June, Jakarta, Indonesia: As the third
part of the Phoenix Project, Anger Unit /
ICR-FAI-IRF burnt down the third floor of
prestidgous former Sheraton Hotel, The
Media Hotel and Tower. Extract from the
claim: "Our fire is to respond to the call
from our brothers in Greece in the Phoenix
project and as a gesture of solidarity to K.
Sakkas, anarchist in hunger strike action to
reach his freedom. ... Bring far our revolu-
tionary greetings to the members of Con-
spiracy of Cells of Fire; Imprisoned Mem-
bers Cell, to the 4 anarchists who were
arrested in Kozani we never forget you, for
Cospito and Gai, to Carla, Ivan, Juan,
Marcelo and Freddy, and to Henry and
always to the anarchists prisoners in
Greece and Italy, and to other cells of FAI
IRF around the world."

2013 police raided 100 different places in
Istanbul regarding the recent social revolt...
Greece- Kostas Sakkas, anarchist fighter on
hungerstrike is free on a 30,000 euro bail
which is already paid and the comrade is no
longer detained before trial as of 11 July,
but has heavy legal restrictions... Two other
anarchists walked out of Korydallos prison
under restrictive orders: Christoforos
Kortesis and Vaggelis Stathopoulos, who
were both convicted in the Revolutionary
Struggle case trial...
UK- Squatters warm up a little this month
after physical resistance to two squat
evictions in Cardiff & Brixton, and an ex-
police station got squatted in Cardiff too..
