On behalf of ICX GCDP, I have the pleasure to write this letter in order to endorse the
application of Margarita Vargas, current Matching & Migration Coordinator, to be President
of AIESEC in Monterrey for the term 2015.

Margarita arrived to AIESEC this year as a former trainee with a strong purpose and clarity
on her vision: She wanted to deliver the life experience she lived on her internship to any
young person of the world and impact their lives forever, but with more impact, with better
and more processes, and a clear leadership program for each person that has decided to
come to our city.

At the beginning it was not easy; she faced a problem in our processes with no clear
knowledge, but was her proactivity and her growing love for the organization that aimed to
learn everything to help to achieve our goals.

Everyone that has worked with Margarita has learned something new. In my personal case, I
learned a lot of commitment. She taught me what being humble really means and how to
have always a huge smile and positive energy despite all odds challenges. In a certainly way,
she has impacted my life and Ill be always grateful with her.

I believe that a great leader is not the famous, the charismatic or the smartest one, but the
one that sets a goal, inspires other to go there, walks the entire path next to you and knows
you really well to know what you need so you can perform better. Thats what Margarita
gave to me and gave to all the ones who worked with her.



Margarita has a very positive approach towards everything. She brings good mood for
working environment, people want to be around her and work with her. She is a person who
is able to create an environment where people are happy about the work they do, therefore,
more productive. People feel confident with her words and with the way she guide
discussions. Margarita is an active listener, always respecting and taking into consideration
the opinion of others, without any judgment, which creates a positive environment.

Therefore, all ICX GCDP endorses Margarita in her willing for becoming the next President
of AIESEC in Monterrey to keep delivering our promises to every young person in the world
and to our members to strive for the development of Humankinds potential.
