AGREEMENT AS TO TERMS OF BOOKING AND RENTAL

We have found that a written Agreement outlining fully our mutual understanding of
the rights and obligations affeting both you !"#uest$% or "&ou%' and us !"the Host$% or "We%'
throughout our entire relationshi($ from start to finish$ is the best way to ensure that the (arties
involved have indeed reahed and do share suh an understanding) *t is our onsistent intention
to deal with our #uests fairly and with om(lete integrity$ to hel( relieve the stress often involved
in arranging for lodging in a faraway (lae$ and !in short' to offer the most (ositive lodging
e+(eriene (ossible throughout the entire ourse of your stay) We regard the o((ortunity to host
you as a (rivilege$ and genuinely want to meet or even e+eed your e+(etations) We as, that
you arefully review the following terms$ and to (lease bring to our attention any -uestions or
onerns you might have$ no matter how small) *f a matter is im(ortant to you$ it is also
im(ortant to us)

generally allowed$ in order to avoid damage to the home or its ontents and to ontribute to (eae
