law in this state. DefendantsallegethatPlaintiffsprosecutionis an affrontto the dignityofthe
judicialsystemand an unacceptableburdenon its resources. On November4,2010,thiscourt
issued the orderto showcausewhyPlaintiffshouldnotbeprohibitedfrom appearingpro se.
AmongPlaintiff'sresponsewerehis fourth and fifth attemptstodisqualifythis court. This
responseistypicalofPlaintiffslitigationstyle. And hiscontinuingcourseofconductin this case
is all themoretroublesomebecausethis caseis presently'pendingappellatereview ofafinal
summaryjudgmentorder. Thereis nothingleftto litigateatthis time. Yet Plaintiffcontinuesto
file spuriouspleadingswith thiscourt,eachofwhichmustbe reviewedandevaluatedbymembers
ofthecourtstaff. Forthesereasonsand the reasonsenumeratedin themotion, theCourthereby
finds thatPlaintiffis an abusivelitigantand, inorderto preserveboththedignityandtheefficient
operationofthejudicialsystem,hisrightto full access to thecourtshouldbecurtailedto the
extentdescribedin this order. PlaintiffisherebyPROHIBITEDfrom filing anypaperwith this
courtwhichis notsignedby an attorneydulylicensedto practicelaw in theStateofFlorida.

Plaintiff moves under Rule 1.190(e), Fla.R.Civ.P, to amend and correct as follows:
I. Plaintiff moves to amend and correct his Affidavit And Inventory OfPersonal
Property ofNeil J Gillespie and Designated Exemptions, May 16,2011 as follows:
(a) Paragraph 5, "The contents ofthe premise are owned by the trust." should read
"The contents of the premise are owned by the estate."
2. Plaintiff moves to amend and correct his Affidavit And Inventory OfPersonal
Property o/Neil J Gillespie and Designated Exemptions, Amended, July 29,2010:
(a) Paragraph 5, "The contents of the premise are owned by the trust." should read
"The contents of the premise are owned by the estate."
(b) The list of personal property (owned in the State of Florida) of Neil Gillespie
(Exhibit A) should remove the following domain names:
$ 5.00 domain name, http://creepazoidlawyer.blogspot.com/
$ 25.00 domain name, www.FluffyTheBunny.com
Upon information and belief, the domain names are either not personal property
nor located in the State of Florida. ICANN, The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names
and Numbers, is the manager for domain names located in Marina del Rey, California. In
the alternative, if domain names reside on servers, the hosting companies, Blogger
(Google) and GoDaddy respectively, are not located in Florida.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff moves to amend and correct as described herein.'
