Working with Field Engineering team for the coordination with subcontractors, vendors to resolve any field trouble during the construction and pre-commissioning of the project. Coordinating with the vendors for submission of drawings to corporate engineering for approval. In-charge of erection and field trouble shooting for the package equipment like LP piping of whole plant, CST, LDO tanks, CW PUMPS, COMPRESSORS and other equipment in compressed air system, HVAC ducts, Chillers, Cooling Tower, AHU, air washers and its other equipment, and all other miscellaneous pumps. Monitoring the daily progress and reporting to Area project manager. Scheduling the system completion activities in accordance with the startup sequence in coordination with commissioning team. Chasing the system completion activities, leading the daily coordination meeting with all the disciplines Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical and Civil. Involved in planning, assessment, implementation and review of milestones which involves functional changes. Expediting- Involved with discussion with contractors for available of materials required on site for erection. Incident Management- Handling escalated incidents and involved in day-to-day activities that involves workforce management and responsibility. Ability to understand a wide range of processes through review of P&IDs, operating instructions, etc and to be able to communicate this to a variety of levels within a organization.
