Article 6& 7"ties of T ES LChina
3.1 TESL China will offer the client an a-vice service( with an3 as/ects of livin# in China or teachin# En#lish
as a forei#n lan#"a#e$ TESL China will assist the client with an3 iss"es that ma3 occ"r thro"#ho"t the
-"ration of the contract$
3.2 TESL China will /rovi-e the client with a trainin# man"al( tailor ma-e to their re8"irements$ 9ivin#
teachin# a-vice an- "sef"l information abo"t livin# in China$
3.3 TESL China will assist the client with arran#in# fli#ht an- a visa to enter China$ However the
res/onsibilit3 to /a3 for the fli#ht an- visa is solel3 that of the Client$
3.4 TESL China will ens"re the client is collecte- b3 a school re/resentative from the air/ort "/on arrival(
escorte- to their accommo-ation( assiste- with o/enin# a Bank of China acco"nt an- /"rchase of a China
mobile SI5 car-$
3.5 TESL China will ens"re /rom/t an- correct /a3ment from the e-"cation centre( on or before the %0th -a3
of each ne.t calen-ar month$ TESL China will /rovi-e the client with a statement of /a3 monthl3$
Article *& Benefits from the E-"cation Centre
4.1 The E-"cation Centre will /rovi-e the client with accommo-ation( a-e8"ate to Chinese stan-ar-s
thro"#ho"t the -"ration of the contract$
4.2 The E-"cation Centre will /rocess an- iss"e the client a resi-ence /ermit once the client has arrive- in
China( an- commence- em/lo3ment with the E-"cation Centre$
4.3 The E-"cation Centre will /rovi-e a-e8"ate trainin#( an- class materials for all the Clients teachin#
re8"irements$
4.4 The E-"cation Centre will #ive the Client at least % week notice of an3 alterations to their teachin#
sche-"le or an3 other im/ortant a--itional -"ties that will re8"ire a level of /lannin# from the Client$
Article 0& 4es/onsibilit3 of the Client
5.1 The Client shall be a re/resentative of TESL China( an- m"st at all times maintain a /rofessional ima#e
b3: wearin# a//ro/riate clothin#( ens"rin# hi#h levels of /ersonal h3#iene( an- con-"ctin# themselves in a
/rofessional manner$
5.2 The Client ma3 be re8"ire- to -o a--itional -"ties for The E-"cation Centre: these a--itional -"ties will be
a#ree- b3 both The E-"cation Centre an- the Client$
5.3 The Client shall notif3 TESL China of an3 /re;e.istin# me-ical con-itions or -isabilities( /rior to
commencin# em/lo3ment$
5.4 The Client is willin# to work -ili#entl3 an- faithf"ll3 for TESL China( with a /"r/ose of enhancin# the
-evelo/ment an- /rotectin# the interests of TESL China an- the E-"cation Centre$
5.5 The Client is confi-ent that he+she can "n-ertake these -"ties in the best interests of the em/lo3er( witho"t
ca"sin# harm to TESL China or the E-"cation Centre( an- witho"t creatin# an3 conflicts with his+her
con-itions of em/lo3ment an- financial rem"neration.
5.6 The Client will /a3 a fine of "/ to 0''' 45B to TESL China( if the3 terminate the contract witho"t at least
