Socio-Economic Plans:
This aspect contains the discussion of the proposed business Corporate
Social Responsibility (CSR) projects and the evaluation of these as a factor of
social-economic and community development. This will help the researchers in
determining the socio-economic contributions that the proposed project can offer
to the overall development of the society since this feasibility is not only geared
towards profit generation, but also social and economic development.
Training Grounds is committed to the highest standard of corporate social
responsibility (CSR). Proof of such are programs which are geared to meet the
expectations and most importantly, the needs of customers, employees,
government, investors, public, suppliers, competitors and schools.
A. Customers
Training Grounds is committed to promote healthy lifestyle and provide its
customers leisure, enjoyment, relaxation and total satisfaction through excellent
and affordable sport facility services.
B. Employees
The members of the organization are the greatest strength of a business.
In this regard, Training Grounds will be composed of action-oriented, intelligent,
ambitious, autonomous, one who displays leadership, cultural fit, upbeat,
confident, successful, honest, detail oriented, modest, hard working, marketable,
competitive and passionate employees to provide the best possible service there
is to the community.
In agreement to the Labor Code of the Philippines (P.D. NO.422), the
employees will be just compensated based on reasonable work-hours, benefits,
trainings, seminars, performance evaluations, uniforms and headquarters.
The management would also withhold and provide the following; Withholding Tax
from compensation, SSS premium and loans (employees share), HDMF
premium (employees share), Phil health premium, Thirteenth month pay, Sick
leave, Night shift differential, Overtime Pay, Right to service incentive, Right to
holiday pay, Maternity leave, Paternity leave and Retirement Benefits.
C. Government (Local Government)
In forming a business, specially a Corporation, it is highly regulated by the
government (Securities and Exchange Commission). Thus, Training Grounds
being a Corporation is required to comply with such regulations. Training
Grounds will conform to government policies regarding business compliance
such as processing of appropriate business requirements, filing of taxes and
permits on time, and all others.
D. Investors
The primary goal of a business is to earn profit. Furthermore, Training
Grounds would do its best to meet the demands of its investors and at the same
time, do its best to attract more investors. This in result will increase the profit of
the business.
E. Public
Training Grounds will serve as an avenue for the community to socialize,
find common grounds, and have fun, leisure, enjoyment, relaxation, and the
development of a healthy lifestyle.
Part of the mission of Training Grounds is to help the local community to
increase its earnings and raise its employment rate from the tourism industry and
through the commercialization of the area. Training Grounds will provide
employment opportunities to the public.
Another benefit of Training Grounds in the community is it will serve as a
means of Diversion from stress, vices and other unhealthy lifestyle choices.
Also, another social responsibility of Training Grounds is to engage in
annual outreach activities such as tree planting, sponsorships, clean-up drives
and others.
F. Suppliers
Training Grounds is responsible as well to its suppliers/ vendors regarding
timely payments of obligations and interests.
A good and strengthen customer and supplier relationship will bring forth
additional profits to both business entities.
G. Competitors
Although competing directly or indirectly, Training Grounds is responsible
to offer fair, just and reasonable prices of its services. Training Grounds also
encourages fair competition; leading to improvement of services offered and will
promote the popularity of the different kinds of sports.
H. Schools
Training Grounds will provide additional extra co-curricular activities to
schools near the area. Training Grounds may divert the interest of the students to
engage more in physical exercises and the development of a healthy lifestyle.
