1. How much time it takes for rig up
Ans: depend upon the type of job will be going to perform
General Discussion on CTU:
Argon welding done to join the coiled tubing joints and then observe carefully the join
after welding by X-ray and if 80% ok then consider that welding and use for performing
the jobs.
Tank in which fluid or any chemical stored for pumping purpose:
Unit in which we measured are cubic meter, bbl.
Pump the fluid at maximum 3000 psi
If using new coil then the pumping pressure extend up to 8000 psi
Chemical Pumping:
If chemical is to pump from the CTU then as the coil is run in the hole initially 25 bbl. Of fluid
injected in it then the further 16 bbl. Introduced in the coil then when reach at the desired depth
then for flush out the initially injected fluid from the coil 16bbl. Further fluid introduced into the
coil.
