I am confirming that the City and WMAC agree on WMACs household battery
collection program for multi-family dwellings with bin garbage service, as described in
your attached letter and clarified per subsequent discussion at the September and
October monthly meetings:
Program becomes effective Oct 1, 2013
Number of Battery Tracker kits pro-rated from 100 per year, to 25 for Q4 2013
WMAC reporting: WMAC will add to the Monthly Report: number delivered (with
addresses, date delivered), and any detail available on number returned

To clarify, I believe the correct price for the .6 gallon kit should be $79.95 per the link in letter and

For review on todays Oakland meeting, please find attached WMs proposal for Oakland MFDs.
Although I cannot attend todays meeting, I can be reachable by conference call if needed. You will
note that WM has increased annual Battery Tracker services from 50 to 100 and proposes any
services beyond 100 per calendar year to be paid out of our Public Education budget.
