Terms of Business
A deposit of 15% of the cost of the instrument will secure a place on the waiting list. Half of the balance is to be paid when the work is about to commence on the instrument. The remainder must be paid on or before collection of the instrument, or prior to despatch in the case of overseas customers. Customers wishing to pay upon collection must do so either by cash or UK bankers draft. If payment is to be made by personal cheque, fourteen days must be allowed for clearance before the instrument may be collected. An instrument which has not been paid for one month after completion will be offered for sale and the deposit retained. The customer is responsible for insuring his/her instrument against all risks if leaving it uncollected for more than one month after completion. Please note that in the event of the cancellation of an order the deposit is not refundable. It may, however, be kept on record indefinitely if the customer wishes to postpone the order for an unspecified period. Any amount paid in excess of the 15% deposit would of course be refundable.
Prices
Prices are usually revised annually, but are still subject to alteration without notice. Please note that the price you pay is that which is effective at the time of delivery, not at the time of ordering. No V.A.T. is currently applicable.

No delivery date can be guaranteed, although every effort will be made to adhere to the waiting list schedule.
