use ofsubstances mentioned in the Table below
in the production
or manufacture ofvarious narcotic drugs
and psychotropic
substances, and also to implement t[e
provisions ofthe United Nations Convention Asainst Illicit
Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and
psychotropic
Substances,
1988, decided to declare them as controlGd substances :
Now' therefore. the Cen0al Govemment in exercise
ofthe powers
confened by clause (viid)
ofsection 2 ofthe
Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic
Substanccs Act, l9g5
(6 | of 1985). hereby declares the subslances mentioned in
the Table below as controlled substance for the

ofthe said clause. namely:
