This is to inform that, the Chairman has ordered to revise the testing fees as below
for the analysis of the following latex samples to be collected by the offices under Research
Department. A II are requested to collect the new rate from I I. I I .20 13 onwards.

In continuation to the above reference and to maintain the uniform rates for testing
fees of latex samples in all the Departments under Rubber Board, the Chairman has ordered
to revise the DRC testing fee of latex samples to be collected by the offices under Research
Department (except Physiology Divn) to + 12.36% ST per sample with effect from
01.08.2013. All are requested to collect the new revised rate from 01.08.2013 onwards.

2 Samples for testing can be handed over to the Laboratory during 9am to 4 pm on all
working days through Monday to Friday either in person or by post/courier. We
accept only door delivered samples.
3 Test samples shall be accompanied with a test request addressed to The Laboratory
Manager, Rubber Wood Testing Laboratory with complete details and a DD in
favour of Director P&PD, Rubber Board, Kottayam-09 equal to the required
test fee. Cash also is accepted, till 3PM on all working days. Payment can be made
through NEFT also.

4 Damaged, partially lost, open packed or samples without sufficient quantity and
