Scope
1. This procedure outlines the Key Appointment Holders (KAH)s of Komeiji Digital LLC and
their job scopes and relevance to the partnership.
Desired Outcomes
2. This procedure shall refer clients to the respective KAHs in respect to the scope of their
request.
Definitions
3. Chief Marshall (CM): Is the head of the organization and the primary decision maker of
Komeiji Digital. The CM shall facilitate all undertakings and reviews of the Partnership.

4. Vice Royal (VR): The Vice Royal is the deputy of Komeiji Digital. The Vice Royal holds the

biggest right to decisions and facilitates the harmony of operations both internally and externally.

5. Chief Composer (CC): Is the head of audio composition and production. The Chief Composer
shares equal decision power with the Marketing Officer.

6. Marketing Officer (MO): The marketing officer is responsible for the mobilization of product
publicity and advertising. The Officer ensures that publicity the product has achieved meets the
estimated potential.
Responsibilities
7. Chief Marshall

a. The CM shall be the primary responsible individual of all projects and undertakings.
The decision of the CM is crucial to the execution of Product Development, Process Review,
Staff Training, Maintenance and Contract Dealings.

b. He shall hold and is to attend all scheduled meetings such Policy Review Meeting
(PRM) and Product Operation Meeting (POM).

c. The CM is to meet with his staff at least on a monthly basis to ensure there is working
harmony within the partnership.

d. The CM is the prime organizer of staff management, he is to observe possible staff
enrichment programs and cohesive activities

e. The CM shall observe and review the operations and the statistical data on a monthly
basis. Examples of this data include the Cash In/Outflow, Revenue, Upkeep charts, marketing ,
consignment or shipment plans.

f. The CM shall also organize maintenance and external jobs required to meet the needs
of the partnership that are not accomplishable by the KAHs.

8. Vice Royal

a. The VR is the key compositor and effects manager. She decides on the best possible
execution of a product and dresses the Project in a presentable fashion. She works with the
Marketing Officer to maximize the products publicity in the market.

b. The VR shall attend to the duties of the CM in the events that he is absence. However
policies and project finalizations are still subject to the CMs approval.

c. The VR is to ensure the available resources are present to create the product and is to
work hand in hand with the CM, CC and MO to ensure the audio, animation and publicity
aspect of the operation has been handled to the point that composition can be done
immediately and efficiently.

d. The VR is responsible to review trends and submit data and trends in regards with
product trending and necessary equipment upkeep and send them to the CM.

9. Chief Composer

a. The CC controls audio production and shall ensure that all audio compositions are
completed within the deadlines placed.

10. Marketing Officer

a. The MO is responsible for mobilizing the publicity effort for the product. She is to liaise with
Web Taste Makers (WTM) and notable Cyber Journalist to bring forth publicity for the
project.
