worked at one hospital in Jambi province , precisely in East Tanjung
Jabung . Namely Hamzah Nurdin hospital .

western cape Jabung commonly known as " Merlung " . A year earlier
he received a bachelor's degree in health sciences baiturahim high
school in 1996 , he did not just get a degree S1 . Previously he
followed Polytechnic diploma in Health and finish Edinburgh in 1992 .
He graduated from high school in 1989 .
He is Ade Ariawan S.Kep . he was born in the Western Cape
Jabung formerly only known as Tanjung Jabung . Prior divided into
capes and headlands Jabung Jabung west , on January 13, 1971 . He
was born as the first child in his family . That is quite simple . But the
persistent struggle she was able to become the best nurse at the
hospital where he works today.
At first it only worked as a vocational nurse at the General Hospital
Raden Mataher Jambi for 1 year . Before he went on his S1 . And
follow the civil service test in 1996 and passed . In 1996 he began
working at the health center Merlung for 2 years , then he moved to

nurse at the hospital Nurdin Hamzah since the previous 3 years it was
also the head of the column . In addition to experience working life, it
also tells us about some of the negative public opinion about

professional nurse who thought only lowly profession . it also says
some nurses work does not fit and should not be pointed out as a good
nurse . Perhaps because of the behavior of some persons , the outlook
is not good right up to the show . it also tells how the hospital there are
poorly maintained and ignored it clean.
One is because it is not the lack of awareness of workers in the
hospital and lacking facilities and infrastructures . It is hoped that the
situation as anything, the nurse can do as best as possible as it should .

IV. ANALYSIS
As for the comparison to the nurses that are in the literature by the fact that
in terms of cognitive indonesia , indonesia nurse is still very poor . In Indonesia is
still little that can be called a professional nurse . Due to the ability of individual
teasers not potential.
In terms of behavior , many nurses are still behave and have a bad atitude .
Not a bit of concerned personal interests above the interests of patients . Even the
image of the nurse poorly distinguished for nurses with less be friends with
patients .
In terms of communication , the nurse who is currently still poor because
modal keaneka culture, but now communication skills had improved a lot with the
emphasis that communication is very important to truly understanding the
language of the patient. and also taught at the time of their tuition . Because of
good communication , it means that the nurse is competent or not . Interpersoal
terms , many of which are still working in a private and individual egoism
concerned he did not understand what was expected of the patient and the patient
need not be concerned .
In terms of physical well earns , nurses in indonesia many do not meet the
physical requirements . , Such posture is not high enough. In the logic of nurses
with less support posture will hinder their work in terms of bringing things, lifting
patients , taking drugs in high cupboards , climb, and agility .
In terms of sensory perceptual , nurses in Indonesia this suadah better quality
because education about haliti repetitive . It's just that many schools still lack
health in practice the clearances . And another that is sometimes considered stupid
is when the nurse is still a lot of fear of needles and blood . Even risih the way that
smells . the final terms of the range , lack of control , but nurses are still many
found already being reduce to improve the quality of nurses , although still less .
Regardless, nurses in Indonesia is still low but the quality is increasing with
the improvement in public perception banya realize that the nursing profession is
Page | 9

important. It will unwittingly effect on the progress of nursing. There should be
no difference between nurse and other medical personnel in other countries,
especially dokter.perawata professions considered high not as happened in
Indonesia this. In fact, every profession has a role and responsibilities of each. It
would be nice if every profession to integrate in order to achieve patient
satisfaction as well as satisfaction of the health team.

V. CONLUSION
From the above analysis, it is concluded that can still many differences
between nurses in Indonesia and in several other countries. of all the many
shortcomings in terms of Indonesian nurses. However this can be overcome with
the support of all parties. Of a team of educators, other health team, community
and government. Besides the nursing profession is in dire need for legal clarity is
not like the one in Indonesia today. There is always disagreement to acknowledge
the nursing profession Salim also understand inter profesi.we not also want
individual competence of nurses do not any more competent so as not to overlap
and friction. therefore important to make the rules so that nurses are not
comfortable in doing work and thought by fear of lawsuits.
