LIFE SAVER 2020
INTRODUCTION
Cancer is one of the global diseases that claim lot of human lives. It affects those in
developed and developing countries, women and men, young to the elderlies, rich and poor,
and it is possible to any living human beings. WHO (2014) reports that Cancer kills 8.2
millions people in 2012, and in the same year, approximate 22,000 and 9,000 New
Zealanders were diagnosed and died respectively. As we discover Cancer, the problem is not
people get Cancer, but is they die from Cancer. There are symptoms such as loss of lives,
impact on family and community and last but not the least is lost of economic contributions.
Cancer increases mainly because the population is growing and getting older, thus, lack of
early detection and awareness, late diagnosis and delay in treatment are some of the cauces
of death from Cancer.
We can reduce the number of death from Cancer by inventing a Cancer detection portable
device called Life Saver 2020. This will be easier for cancer patient to monitor progress of
cancer, assure the status during remmission and timely delivery of indicative diagnosis and
they can do self-test from anywhere in anytime. This device takes a sample of blood through
the finger, process, analyze and presented within 60 seconds and also automatically send
the information to your health proffessional via secure message. Life Saver 2020 has a
competitive features such as disposable needle and replaceable cap, rechargeable battery,
convenient and users friendly, affordable price and hygenic.
This device is the best solution to reduce and save people from death of Cancer.

Everyone can be the consumers of the business as they can used the device for their early
detection and checking whether they have cancer or not and monitoring progress during
cancer, but the main focus customers or the target customers are the Cancer patients. They
needs to know the status of their Cancer after treatments and needs advice immediately
from liable doctors, medicians, clinicians, etc. with affortable cost.
3.4 The Product and Service
Life Saver 2020 device will satisfy Cancer Patients but and for everyone as well. It is easy to
use, affortable price, and for cancer patients, they can check individually or with help of
others the satus of their cancer which lead to good monitor of the pain. For those feels or
not feels like they have pain, they can use Life Saver 2020 for early detection for them to
aware of cancer.

The main suppliers are software programs to setup the device and makesure that device
start up perfectly. Microsoft New Zealand, Jade Software, Jade Software Corporation,
Datacom Group, etc and other computerised businesses can be the suppliers of the
software program.
Hospitals in New Zealand can be our partners for using their specialize doctors and nurses.
Healthcare and Clinics can also be our partners for their clinicians and medicians to help the
patients and giving advice when sending the result of their testing from using Life Saver

2020. Telecommunication businesses such as Vodafone, Telecom, etc. can also be our
partners in making sure the line for sending messages of the result.
3.6 Strategy: Cost Leadership
As Cancer is one of the leading death disease here in New Zealand and most of the countries
around the world, we are targeting to offer low-cost products to our customers because we
know that people get from cancer and cant get help or cure because of high cost in
chemotherapy and treatments, etc.
Our business provide Life Saver 2020 device in a low cost which affortable by low income
customers and its appeal to a large or broad audience.

The most important value chain activity for this business is Make the product or services.
This value chain is the transformation activities of the business that change inputs into
outputs tahat are sold to customers. These are very important because making Life Saver
2020 needs to be accurate, consistent and reliable to maintain high demanding from the
customers. This is link to the companys vision of providing the best device for detection of
Cancer.
3.8 Business Processes
3.8.1. SOFTWARE I NSTALLATION PROCESS - This is the process of making sure that the device
is working efficiently with software program providing from the software suppliers such as
Microsoft New Zealand, Jade Software Corporatiion, Datacom Group etc. When the
software program is provided, special technician and IT Department install and run the
software program and make sure that coorperate with detection of cancer from human
body.

3.8.2. FINI SHED PRODUCTS INSPECTI ON PROCESS - This process where the business checking
the final product once it is finish to make sure its reliable for customers to use. Products are
screening one by one and make sure its working. If a device is not work properly, then it
goes back to our IT Department for checking. Once all the products is finished, then they are
ready to distribute to various hospitals, medical centers, etc.

Installation Process of making sure that the device have a better access to software program
and works properly when it is needed. The system supports the device deals with the needs
of customers when they need to do their test. Software installation system helps the works
logically run like effectively process and display the results, etc.
3.10. 2. INTERNET CONNECTION SYSTEM The device took a sample of your blood, process,
analyse and present the results to the whom is tested then the result is automatically send
to your responsible doctors, medicians, clinicians, etc. Internet Connection System monitor
this process by making sure that the device is in good connectivity to the internet such as
the Telecom or Sparks, so that the result is effectively go through.

CONCLUSION
Introducing Life Saver 2020 device will detect cancer from affecting people. As we know that
we are currently have no cure for Cancer but we are trying to stop it from killing people. Life
Saver 2020 is the best examples of how we doing this. If the business focus on our target
customers, strategy and the basic value chain activities of the company, business processes
on how to create best cancer detection device, the product will work effectively and have a
greate impact on reducing the death rate from Cancer not only here in New Zealand but
also globally around the world.
