We reIer to your application Ior employment and subsequent selection, and are pleased to advise
that you have been oIIered employment in the service oI Statoil Limited UK. The terms oI this
employment agreement shall be as Iollows;
1OBTITLEANDDUTIES
You are hired in the capacity oI a System Administrator. The employment was based on your
qualiIication and past experiences hence you are assumed Iamiliar with the scope and
requirements oI your position. You shall on arrival, undergo a seven days
orientation/Iamiliarization program prior to resumption oI duty. Your duties may be reasonably
modiIied at the Employer's discretion Irom time to time.
COMMENCEMENTANDTERMS
Subject to the provisions Ior termination set Iorth below, this agreement shall begin on the 27th oI
October, 2014 unless sooner terminated. This agreement is binding and means employee is
herebymade a permanent staII oI Statoil Limited UK.
SALARY
You shall be paid a net (AIter Tax) monthly salary oI 10, 800 (Ten Thousand Eight Hundred
Pounds only). Salary would be paid in the currency oI your choice, subject to prevailing exchange
rates in relation to currency oI preIerence. Salary is reviewed every eighteen months. Overtime
shall only be iI and when agreed upon by the Employee and appropriate authority/representative
oI Employer Irom time to time. Payment Ior such overtime shall be one and halI times the normal
salary. Prior to departure Ior the UK, a three months salary advance payment shall be paid along
with any expenses incurred in reIerence to the Second paragraph termed 1RAJEL
ARRAACEMEA1S in page 2 oI this document to the Employee's designated bank account.

BENEFITS
You shall be entitled to liIe insurance coverage, medical indemnity insurance and travel
insurance. Security is assured and shall be provided at all times Ior employee. Employee is
entitled to an oIIicial car in addition to a monthly allowance oI 500; in the case whereby
Employee opts Ior use oI his personal automobile, in lieu oI the oIIicial vehicle, employer shall
pay 950 per month Ior Employee's use oI his personal automobile on behalI oI Employer.
Quality Iully Iurnished single or Iamily Live-Out or Live-In accommodation and Ieeding shall be
provided by the Employer.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Employer shall be responsible Ior the procurement oI CertiIicate oI Sponsorship, Work permit
Irom the Overseas Labour Service and Visa Irom the UKBAIor Employee. On issuance oI the
aIorementioned, Ilight ticket plus excess baggage allowance shall also be provided Ior employee
and accompanying immediate Iamily (where applicable).
However, employee is mandated and will be responsible at his/her own cost, to obtain an
Employee/Expatriate Verification Certificate issued by the Toney Immigration Chambers and
this must be processed concurrently with the aIorementioned travel documents. All expenses
incurred by employee are reIundable as aIorementioned under the paragraph termed SALARYin
page 1 oI this document.
LEAVE
Employee is entitled to a twenty eight (28) days paid leave aIter every Iive (5) months. Travel
allowance and travel expenses during such leave period shall be paid in Iull by employer on
presentation oI an itemized account oI expenditures by the Employee. In the circumstance
whereby Employee requires an emergency leave, an application has to be made through the
department head to the Human Resource Manager. The Human Resource Manager has the sole
right to grant and also determine the duration oI such leave.
SICKNESS
Employee is to notiIy the Employer as soon as possible in case oI absence Irom work through
illness. For periods oI absence Ior more than 5 working days, medical certiIication Irom your GP
must be provided. II Employee is absent Irom work due to illness or other medical incapacity, the
company shall continue to pay the normal salary Ior up to but not more than 12 weeks.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Employee agrees, during or aIter the term oI this employment, not to reveal conIidential
inIormation, or trade secrets oI Statoil Limited UK. to any person, Iirm, corporation, or entity.
Should Employee reveal or threaten to reveal this inIormation, Employer shall be entitled to an
injunction restraining the Employee Irom disclosing same, or Irom rendering any services to any
entity to whom said inIormation has been or is threatened to be disclosed. The right to secure an
injunction is not exclusive, and the Employer may pursue any other remedies it has against the
Employee Ior a breach or threatened breach oI this condition, including the recovery oI damages
Irom the Employee.

TERMINATION
II Ior any reason either party wishes to terminate this contract, a one month written notice shall be
given to allowIor contingencies. Employee shall continue to perIorm assigned duties and shall be
paid regular salary up tothe date oI termination.
Any claim or controversy that arises out oI or relates to this agreement, or the breach oI it, shall be
settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules oI the British Arbitration Association.
Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. II, Ior any
reason, any provision oI this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions oI this agreement shall
remain in eIIect. II this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enIorced, then to the Iull extent
permitted by lawany prior agreement between the Employer and the Employee shall be deemed
reinstated as iI this agreement had not been executed
