ABOUT THE WORK DONE

Dear madam,
I would like to inform you that Im still under customer service department
(CSD) under the guidance of MR.ARJUN SHARMA (Assistant Manager of Credit
and marketing department of citizens bank international bank, ghorahi ,dang.
My duties under this department are as follows:

1.Issuance of cheque:
I have learnt that customers demanding for cheques are provided certain
amount of cheque (normally 10).They are required to submit cheque demand
form and cheques are printed accordingly.
2.Regarding KYC form:
It is a form which includes the record about detailed information about
account holders of citizens bank, ghorahi .It has become necessary to keep
record of their additional information like: earnings, organization they are
involved in,photos(additional required) for verification etc.

3.Handling telephonic calls:
Frequently, customer call and ask for their account balance and intrest to be
paid for current fiscal year if they have taken any loan like:gold,mortgage etc.

4.Regarding remittance:
Relatives or family member residing outside the country send money through
remit. They provide us certain code number in which they have received
money. So, my duty is to identify the type of remit like: IME, Prabhu finance
,City express remit and fill up the form identifying the code number of related
remittance agencies. We also accept money transfer within country like citizen
remit ,development bank remit etc.

5. Data entry and record keeping:
All the carried out during a day are recorded in pumori software under
transaction details head. It includes account opening record,application for
ATM card , mobile banking, Sms banking, new cheque issuance etc
Generally, customers ask for mortgage loan to be higher with low interst and
high rate of intrest on their deposits.We prove 2 % on Zero balance A/C and 4%
intrest on CM A/C which they want to be increased.
Similarly, I would like to inform you that Ive started working in loan
department.Manager of our bank MR. Suman Hamal sometimes request me
to fill up loan form and arrange documents for mortgage and gold loan.I have
to fill up form according to the details provided to me from thierproperty bill
and documents.


This is the overall progress of my internship done so far.I would keep you
updated if I got any other work to be done under several department on future
under the citizens bank international.thank you!!
