It includes designing of the following things:

And making the HTML and CSS for the same.
2. Development
Development of the website is divided into 3 major sections depending on the roles of user.
Following are three types of users and their ability to interact with the site:
Guest User
A guest user is an anonymous user and not logged in. Here are the set of things he can do:
1. View Information displayed on Homepage
2. View News and Events
3. View Games Schedule
4. View Classes and Schedule in NOFRA
5. View Gym Status
6. View Building Locations --Approval Required
7. Travelling information for defence/others
8. View INHS Ashwini Timings

Registered User
A registered user is a person who has signed up with the site and approved by the admin. Here
are the set of things he can do on the website:
1. Update profile information
2. Request for parking
3. View Bills (Telephone/Subscription/Maintenance Bill)
4. Request to add dependent (by sending dependent information to the admin)
5. Browse location of building and other various places in NOFRA via Maps
6. Add/Edit/Delete servant information
7. Add/View/Reply/Delete Complaint
8. Add/View/Reply/Delete Query
9. Add/Delete Suggestions
10. View/Reply/(Recommend/Like) others/own suggestions
11. Add/Delete Ideas
12. View/Reply/(Recommend/Like) others/own Ideas
13. View NOFRA Telephone Directory
14. Comment on News and Events
15. + All the things a Guest user can do.
Admin
An admin is a person who manages all the activities on the site and is responsible for all the
queries recieved from a registered user. Here are the set of things he manages:
1. Allocate Flat to user
2. Deallocate Flat
3. Change Flat Status - (Occupied/Vacant/In Process/Under Maintenance)
4. Add parking spaces to building
5. View available parking spaces
6. View Requests for parking space
7. Allocate/Deallocate parking space to user
8. View/Reply Complaints
9. Change complaint status to Closed

11. Change queries status to Solved
12. Add/Delete Game Schedule
13. Send Invites for game schedule and ask users whether they MayBe Attending/Attending/Not

other category (admin will have ability to add different game categories)

Where Abouts
Apart from the things mentioned above, here are a few more things about the website:

1. HTML5, CSS3, Skeleton Framework & jQuery will be used to make the front end of the site.
2. User section of the website will be responsive (mobile ready) and can be viewed in any
latest mobile device (Samsung(Android) + HTC(Android) + iPhone + Blackberry +
Nokia(Windows)).
3. Notifications will be managed via Email and SMS.
4. User will recieve notifications for approval/denial of their parking requests, dependent
requests, when a flat is alloted, when bills are generated and when payments are recieved
for the bills. Admin willve ability to send circulars too (for eg, water shortage/other issues).
5. Admin Dashboard will display all pending requests for parking, signup, dependent,
complaints, queries, suggestions and ideas.

6. Admin can add banners for advertisements to be displayed on the website.
7. Option to send advertisement alongwith Email Notifications (incase youve sponser like
banks, local restaurants etc who would like to get themselves advertised to NOFRA
community)
8. We follow best practices and use PHP frameworks for server side scripting, ensuring security
on the net.
2. Suggestions and Queries
Online Payment: Payment for bills can be recieved online via Net Banking or Credit Card. This
will require a payment gateway to be purchased and integrated into the site. Payment Gatway
enables online transactions and are provided by banking institutions or by third party as well.
It helps user to make payment on the site and funds are deposited to the merchants account.
Note: This will require the site to be hosted online and not on intranet.
NOFRA Canteen: What is the purpose of adding product information on the website? This
question arises in the following scenario: suppose we add product information of all the
available products in NOFRA Canteen and suppose after 10 days one of the product is not in
stock, and suppose a user goes to the Canteen on the same day to buy the product but to his
surprise the product wont be available there. Managing products is the challenging part here
as there should be a person to keep updating the products in stock with NOFRA Canteen or this
may cause inconsistency in data. Do let us know on how to go ahead with this.
User to User Interaction: This is just an idea. As far as the scope of the document, there is no
where on the website a user can interact with each other except when sharing suggestions and
ideas. We recommend that the site should have a place where user can interact with each other,
express their views, or ask other users about somthing they want to know (incase they are new
to NOFRA, they would like to know about restaurants in mumbai/places to visit in mumbai, etc),
or they can post ads to sell things like AC/Refrigerator/LCD TV/etc. Its like a user forum.
INHS Ashwini Timings: Is this information just for the purpose of displaying on the website or
have you thought of making an appointment from the website itself?

3. Completion Date
DreamSpark and the Client must work together to complete the Project in a timely manner. We
agree to work expeditiously to complete the project no later than 3 Months after the date of
signing the contract. A beta version of the site can be viewed after Two and Half months.
4. Copyrights and Trademarks
The Client unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs,
trademarks, or other artwork furnished to DreamSpark for inclusion in the Project are owned
by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these
elements, and will hold harmless, protect, indemnify and defend DreamSpark from any liability
(including court costs), including any claim or suit, threatened or actual, arising from the use of
such elements furnished by the Client.
5. Web Site Maintenance
This agreement allows for minor web site maintenance to pages for an year at no charge, up
to an average of one half hour per regular web page, including updating links and making
minor changes to a sentence or paragraph. It does not include major page reconstruction, new
pages and navigation structure changes. The period begins on the date the Clients web site
is available to be published to the Clients hosting service. Major page code and/or graphics
changes and additions will be charged at Rs. 300 /- per hour rate. (Notice: This rate is subject
to change at any time.) Continuous maintenance will be billed when Rs. 10,000 /- has been
reached, or in 30 day increments, which ever comes first. All payments, regardless of amount,
must be made within 30 days.
6. Payments
Payments must be made promptly based on the terms of this Project. The Client agrees to
pay to DreamSpark an initial non-refundable deposit of INR __________ (normally, 30% of the
estimated total cost) upon execution of this agreement. All payments are to be made within
30 days after completion and approval of the Project by the Client. This agreement becomes
effective only when signed by DreamSpark and the Client. All payments should be made in INR.
