Special features
LeakControl enables the continuous fow monitoring
of a pipe network section (DMA District Metering
Area) through the use of ultrasonics. Since the
sensors are simply attached to the outside of the
pipe, installation can be carried out without
interrupting the water supply. In addition, LeakControl
is completely maintenance-free after set-up.
For electricity supply, cables which have already
been laid (e. g. for street lighting) can be used. These
charge a battery which enables measurements to be
carried out even during the day. The collected data
is sent via GSM modem or SMS directly to a PC or
laptop.
Using the provided software, the data can be easily
read and evaluated. An alarm function and threshold
setting function are included, so you can react
quickly and effciently in emergencies. LeakControl
also supports remote maintenance and remote
confguration via GSM, so that once LeakControl
has been installed, it can be easily controlled and
maintained from the head offce.
