Programming

Your phone should be programmed by a trained technician when you purchase

your phone. The following information must be assembled from the carrier
before programming a phone:
Customer Cellular Phone Number

The battery must be charged to program the phone. The AC charger adapter
is NOT sufficient to program or operate the phone with a discharge battery.

Press [FCN], 0 000000 000000 (13 zeros or 0+security code 2x), [RCL]
NOTE: You will not see any zeros in display.

*If you wish to change the security code, the unlock code, or program a
second telephone number continue to step 6, otherwise press [<*] until 01
is shown in the display. Verify all data you have entered by following
steps 1-5. When display shows 07, press [SND]. DO NOT press [SND] until
all data has been verified.
Step 6 Press [<*], Display shows 07
Press [<*]
Display shows 000000; Enter desired six-digit security code or go to
step 7.
Note: It is not advised to change the security code from the factory
preset of 000000. If the new code is forgotten, the phone
will have to be sent to a certified repair center at a charge
to be reset.
Step 7 Press [<*], Display shows 08.
Press [<*]
Display shows 123; Enter desired three-digit unlock code to go to
step 8.
Note: The unlock code can be changed after programming as described

under Security Features. If the unlock code is forgotten, you

can enter programming gain to verify.
Step 8 Press [<*] [<*] [<*], Display shows 10.
Press [<*]
Display shows 011100; Enter 011110 if a second phone number is
desired or continue.
Before you program your second phone number according to the
instructions on the back side, assemble all necessary information
for that number as outlined at the top of this page.
DATA
CHECK

Press [<*] until 01 is shown in display.

Verify all data you have entered by following Steps 1-8.
When display shows 11, press [SND].
(If you chose to activate a second phone number in step 8, see
instructions on the back side.)
DO NOT press [SND] until all data has been verified.

Phones Can Only Be Programmed 3 Times to Insure Security.

SECOND PHONE NUMBER PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS

To program a second telephone number, you must enter 011110 for Step 8
when programming the first number. Once you have reached Step 01, after
verifying the data, press [SND] and the following programming steps for
the second telephone number will appear.

NOTES

If a mistake is made, press [CLR] and re-enter data or turn power

off to begin again.

After verifying all data by press [<*] through steps 1-6, press
[SND] when you've returned to Step 01. That will complete the
programming of the phone.
DO NOT PRESS [SND] until all data has been verified.
