part in the Competition, you are agreeing to the follo!ing terms and conditions. Please read
them carefully. )f you do not agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth
belo!, please do not participate in this competition.

$his Competition is open to all !ho meet the follo!ing criteria&

bachelor year or 9B, student !ho belongs to a uni"ersity in the
(,E, :*,, Oman, Bahrain, :u!ait, ;atar and Paistan only.
Each team must consist of e<actly 6 students !ho are enrolled at the same uni"ersity
or college.
$eam composition must be decided before registration and cannot be changed once
registration form has been submitted.
Each participant is eligible to register as a member of one team only.
Pro"ide proof of identity, citi=enship or residence in the form reasonably re>uested by
P&G # gift issuing body
Each member agrees not to pro"ide false or misleading personal information, and, in
particular, agrees not to register under a false identity. Each member is responsible
for using the online information management system to immediately report all
changes to the information he or she pro"ided at registration.
9inimum age of entry is ?@ years old.
Competition is not open to former P&G interns 0or any a5liate, partner, and#or
subsidiary of P&G1.
Competition is not open to former P&G part time or contractual employees 0or any
a5liate, partner, and#or subsidiary of P&G1.
Competition is not open for employees and agents of the ,d"ertiser, P&G, their
,5liates, any other pri=e sponsor, and any entity in"ol"ed in the de"elopment,
production, implementation, administration or fulfllment of the Competition, and the
immediate family members and persons li"ing in the same household as such
indi"iduals, !hether related or not.
REPRESENTATIONS & +ARRANTIES
You understand, recogni=e and agree that&
P&G and a5liates reser"e the right, at any time during the competition to dis>ualify
any person !ho does not satisfy the abo"e eligibility criteria.
You are not an employee of P&G nor do you !or for or are contracted by an a5liate
or agency of P&G hired by P&G to promote and#or sell P&G Products.
Your submission !ill be made !ithout any prior payment or promise of payment
ha"ing been made to you or the e<pectation to you of any payment, beneft or
ad"antage in return for your proposed submission, e<cept for the possibility of ha"ing
your submission used for P&G promotional purposes as e<plained belo!.
You should not submit&
i. any content belonging to anybody else, such as material !hich contains
trademars and#or copyright protected material, any material broadcast on $A

but not limited to person identifable information such as !ebsites, addresses,
email addresses, contact information, etc.1, is spam, is se<ually e<plicit,
depicts "iolence, sadism or crueltyB

"ii. anything that portrays any corporation or brand negati"elyB
"iii. anything !hich promotes your o!n products or ser"ices or any third partyCs

i<. ,ny information no!n by you to be false, inaccurate or misleadingB

"iruses, !orms, harmful codes, or other potentially damaging computer
programmes or fles
)f the Competition re>uires a photo or being uploaded, it must be a photo of you and
nobody else, famous or other!ise.
You retain all of your o!nership rights in your submitted content and by entering the
Competition and submitting your contentB there is no assignment of any intellectual
property rights in your material to P&G. $his license granted by you terminates !hen
you remo"e or delete any material from the ,pplication or at the latest F months
after the end of the Competition.
,ll content that you submit is original and accurate.

By entering the Competition, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless P&G,
its directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages,

breach of any third party rights, including !ithout limitation any copyright,

creating, posting and#or subse>uently amending your submissionsB or 0"1 any claim
that any one of your submissions caused damage to a third party. $his indemnity
shall sur"i"e the duration of the Promotion.

or property relating to the deli"ery and#or subse>uent use of the pri=es a!arded.

COMPETITION R,LES & MECHANICS
Participants !ill in"ol"e teams !oring on product launch plans for P&G global
brands. $he brand !ill be assigned to participating teams a set number of days
before the actual competition. /uring the competition, teams !ill de"elop their
proposals and send them to 0CEOChallenge.)9Ipg.com1 !here the P&G Eudges panel
!ill Eudge them and announce the results.
$o register, students must use the o5cial !ebsite for their location

do!nload the registration form and submit to CEOChallenge.)9Ipg.com. ,ll re>uired
felds on the application form must be completed to successfully register for the
competition. P&G can accommodate a fnite number of teamsB therefore registrations
!ill be made on a frst.come.frst.ser"e basis.
Once a team is successfully registered it must submit !ithin the stated timelines, a
Business -e"ie! electronically "ia email. /etails about the content of this re"ie! and
its submission date !ill be pro"ided in the successful registration email.
P&G reser"es the right to dis>ualify teams that do not submit the business re"ie!
!ithin the stated time limit.
P&G reser"es the right to >ualify some teams as J!aitlisted for participationC. $hese
teams must also submit the Business -e"ie! and may be eligible to participate if
Business -e"ie! are not submitted by teams !ith confrmed participation.
+inal participation !ill be confrmed to team leaders "ia email upon successful
submission of the Business -e"ie!. $he participation toolit !ill be sent to the team
leader "ia email and !ill include detailed information pertaining to the contents of
the competition, and the e<pectations from each team.
Once the team registration is completed, teams !ill be in"ited to participate in the
challenge. $he challenge consists of the follo!ing rounds&
o -ound ?& Brand 9anager Challenge 0FH teams# country to be promoted1
o -ound F& Country 9anager Challenge 0K teams# country to be promoted1
o -ound 6& $he C+O Challenge 0? team# country to be promoted1
o -ound 8& $he COO Challenge 0? team# country cluster to be promoted1
o -ound K& +inal CEO Challenge 0? fnal !inner1
/uring each challenge round, each team that !as promoted !ill be pro"ided !ith a
brief on !hat e<actly is e<pected of them. Participating teams !ill be allotted a pre.
determined amount of time to prepare their solutions on this brief, before submitting
their solutions for the Eudging. Based on each teamCs indi"idual performance in this
round, the Eudge !ill eliminate a pre.determined number of teams and promote the
top teams according to the round le"els 0described abo"e1. Grading and
elimination#progression decisions !ill be made on a relati"e scale. ,ll decisions made
by the Eudges !ill be fnal and binding.
$eams promoted from -ound 8 or the COO Challenge !ill be in"ited to a P&G O5ce
!here they !ill present their solutions to the P&G Lead $eam along !ith the fnalists
from all the other country clusters. Based on each teamCs indi"idual performance in
this round, the P&G Lead $eam !ill select one team as the !inners of the CEO
Challenge. ,ll decisions made by the Eudges !ill be fnal and binding.
$he CEO Challenge !inners !ill !in a "isit to the P&G -egional Mead O5ce !here
they !ill spend a day in trainings and learning opportunities presented by P&G
leaders. P&G shall pro"ide $ra"el and ,ccommodation facility for !inning team of the
COO challenge subEect to the !innerCs securing necessary tra"el documents. $ra"el
and accommodation shall include a return ticet bet!een the home city and host city
and accommodation for the duration of the stay in the host city. ,ccommodation !ill
be pro"ided at a location of P&GCs choosing. $eams 0or team members1 that !ish to
stay else!here !ill need to do so at their o!n e<pense and !ith permission of their
respecti"e uni"ersity. ,ll tra"eling teams shall need to sign a !ai"er form e<empting
P&G from any liability for any damages that may be incurred during tra"el and
accommodation P&G is not responsible for obtaining tra"el "isaCs to the regional
o5ce. )f the !inners are unable to secure the
necessary tra"el documents, P&G reser"es the right to elect another team as a
replacement. P&G reser"es the right to amend, add to, or remo"e this at any gi"en
time and !ithout prior notice.

$he personal contact details of e"ery !inner shall be collected by P&G and#or any
agent or representati"e for purposes of deli"ery of the pri=es. Pri=es # ticets or
"ouchers !ill be deli"ered to the address of the !inner as such address is pro"ided
by the Participant in !riting to P&G and#or any agent or representati"e. (pon receipt
of a pri=e, the !inner shall sign the pri=e receipt acno!ledgment form. -eturn of any
pri=e and#or pri=e receipt acno!ledgment form as undeli"erable, or inability of P&G
to contact a potential !inner may result in dis>ualifcation of the !inner and selection
of an alternate !inner.
)n the e"ent of a dispute about the identity of an online entrant, each online entry !ill
be declared made by the authori=ed email account holder of the email address
submitted at the time of entry. 2,uthori=ed email account holder3 is defned as the
natural person !ho is assigned to an email address by an internet access pro"ider,
online ser"ice pro"ider, or other organi=ation 0e.g. business, educational institution,
etc.1 that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated !ith
the submitted email address. $he potential !inner may be re>uired to pro"ide P&G
!ith proof of identity, and#or proof that he#she is the authori=ed account holder of the
email address associated !ith the !inning entry.
P&G reser"es the right to accept or reEect any or all of the entries !ithout assigning
any reason !hatsoe"er.
,ll "otes, comments, and opinions communicated by the public in this gi"ea!ay are
not e<pressi"e of P&G, its people, opinions and#or beliefs. $hey are fully created and
performed by the fans Eoining and playing on this platform.
P&G and a5liates reser"e the right to dis>ualify or select alternati"e !inner and
modify content of terms & conditions.
By participating in this game, the participant agrees to abide by all P&G terms and
conditions for this Competition.
