Participating teams !ill be allotted a pre. determined amount of time to prepare their solutions on this brief, before submitting their solutions for the Eudging. Based on each teamCs indi"idual performance in this round, the Eudge !ill eliminate a pre.determined number of teams and promote the top teams according to the round le"els 0described abo"e1. Grading and elimination#progression decisions !ill be made on a relati"e scale. ,ll decisions made by the Eudges !ill be fnal and binding. $eams promoted from -ound 8 or the COO Challenge !ill be in"ited to a P&G O5ce !here they !ill present their solutions to the P&G Lead $eam along !ith the fnalists from all the other country clusters. Based on each teamCs indi"idual performance in this round, the P&G Lead $eam !ill select one team as the !inners of the CEO Challenge. ,ll decisions made by the Eudges !ill be fnal and binding. $he CEO Challenge !inners !ill !in a "isit to the P&G -egional Mead O5ce !here they !ill spend a day in trainings and learning opportunities presented by P&G leaders.
