This document describes the configuration and operation of a VMware High Availability (HA) cluster with 3 ESX hosts. Key details include:
- The cluster has a total memory capacity of 60GB across 3 hosts, with 18 slots available for virtual machines. Currently 14 slots are used.
- HA is configured with an admission control policy to reserve resources and prevent overcommitment. It monitors virtual machines and hosts for failures.
- If a host or VM fails, HA will attempt to restart the failed VM on another host within the cluster to provide high availability of applications and data.
