row+, *row, and *row+ to do your elimination or substitution methods step by step.

Answer: You can interpret the resulting matrix as:
[ 1 0 5 ] represents 1X + 0Y = 5 or X = 5
[ 0 1 3 ] represents 0X + 1Y = 3 or Y = 3
The solution to the system of equations
x 2y = 4
and 2x + 3y = 3 is X = 5 and Y = 3.
