Weekly market view
Markets again consolidated last week and volatility was seen due to key
events of CPI & WPI and finally the week ended with loss of 1%. Nifty future
showed negatively biased movements and closed below the lower band of
channel pattern on weekly charts. Now, 7710 may act as crucial point for
index from where short term reversals can be seen. On the other hand,
three consecutive lower highs and lower lows candlestick patterns on
weekly charts are seen which signifies the probability of up move and may
lead towards important resistance of 7950 and closing above this mark can
further accelerate it.
