Procedure:
1. PART A: In a suitable vessel, add and mix PART A ingredients. Heat at
90C and mix until uniform.
2. In a separate vessel disperse Titanium Dioxide in Myritol

318 with
agitation at about 2,500 rpm for 30 minutes.
3. Once PART B is well dispersed add PART B to PART A with agitation
maintaining temperature of 90C. Mix until uniform.
4. Allow batch to cool.
5. Pour into lipstick mold at about 70C.
