    Note: These are tentative dates, actual, dates will be intimated to each candidate of first

    1 Last date for the submission of application (on prescribed form) for admission is

    May, 2014 after which Rs.300/- will be charged as late fee up to 15

    2014 and with double fee will be charged up to 30

    June, 2014 No application will
    be entertained after 30

    June, 2014.

    2 Service verification of First & Second Class candidates must be completed on
    25.08.2014. No verification after 25.08.2014 will be accepted.

    3 Service verification of Third Class candidates must be completed till 30.09.2014.
    No verification after 30.09.2014 will be accepted.

    4 The Admission Fee & Certificate Fee is as under:-

    i) First Class = Rs.1000/- Rs.500/-
    ii) Second Class = Rs. 900/- Rs.500/-
    iii) Third Class = Rs. 700/- Rs.500/-

    5 The age of candidate should not be less then 21 years on the last date for
    submission of the admission form.

    6 Place of Examination = Directorate of Industries, Poonch House, Multan Road, Lahore.
