Established in 1987 Siatex (BD) Ltd. is a Bangladesh based ready-made garment trading
company specialized in supplying large scale customers like discounters, price aggressive
retail chains and specialty stores.

Siatex concentrates its production on one of the key procurement markets Bangladesh.
Through our head office at Dhaka, we are in a position to select the most suitable factories,
achieve best prices, closely monitor the production process and ensure high quality and
punctual delivery.

Our main products are ladies’, men’s and children’s sweaters, T-shirts, blouses/shirts,
jeans, casual pants, jackets and sleepwear.

it is our continuous performance of high quality production and punctual shipments as well

We have our own manufacturing unit. Besides that we are in collaboration with several
factories in Bangladesh which are well organized and certified internationally like Wall Mart,
ISO and Oekotex. This collaboration includes 6 Composite Knit Factory, 4 Woven Factory
and 2 Sweater Factory. Also we have a better network to source out all kinds of
accessories, garments printing and embroidery.

The fabric range includes twill, shirting, canvas, poplin, yarn-dyed, corduroy, denim, T/C,
T/R, organza, voile, fleece, single jersey, double jersey, lycra jersey, 1x1 and 2x2 rib, lycra
rib, interlock jersey, interlock rib, single & double pique & lacost, flat back rib, French terry,
one/two side brushed, yarn dyed jersey & engineering stripe, etc.

One of our core strength is our sourcing. We break down the orders and source the most
suitable fabric, trims and production place.

We possess a strong portfolio of compliance factories with whom we closely cooperate. In

most cases, we occupy a major part of their capacity which puts Siatex in a position to
influence and closely monitor production flow.

For factory selection and order allocation we take into account various factors such as
product, price, capability and capacity of the factory, lead-time and so on.

Most customers provide detailed style sheets and "tech packs" which we follow for proto-
typing, salesman samples and production.

However, through our own team of key-accouters, designers, garment technicians and QA
experts we are in a position to offer as well design and product development services.

Depending on the customer's needs, this value added service can reach from basic design
input for styles, prints or embroideries to the development of entire tailor-made collections.

™ PRODUCTION PLANING AND ORDER FOLLOW UP …………..

Very close monitoring of all steps in the production process is vital to ensure punctual
shipments and avoid "unpleasant surprises" like expensive air-freights, short shipments or
even cancellations.

We have fine-tuned our production status & process reporting system which enables our
experienced merchandising and QC staff to easily detect arising problems at a very early
stage and initiate immediate actions.

™ QUALITY CONTROL ………………

For all our orders we execute constant in-line inspections across the entire production
process and a final random AQL inspection accordingly. No shipment will be released
without an inspection certificate issued by our office and signed by the head of QC.

We follow a high QMR standard and to ensure that our Quality Minimum Requirements are
met, all our fabrics, yarns and finished garments are comprehensively lab tested by reputed
international testing companies such as VERITAS, SGS or ITS

™ E-BIZ SOLUTION …………………..

We have built a state-of-the-art e-biz solution for our existing and future potential
customers. The system is very much user friendly. It has message board system email
management service for effective communication where there is no way to lose any
information. Also the system keeps track history of all the correspondences for reference.

™ ONLINE PRODUCTION STATUS TRACKING ………………….

Our system possesses a complete data base for updating production status daily on 10.30
AM (BST) so that customers can see by themselves how their orders are proceeding, when
the raw materials are in housed, when the in put are made and what are the daily out puts.
In this way our customers remain closer to the procurement of their order placed with us
and can make suggestion if needed.
