Please familiarize yourself with the instructions provided in
this document as incomplete or incorrect applications will not
be reviewed. As acceptance into FILM MAGIC is competitive,
applicants are strongly encouraged to submit their forms well
in advance of the application deadlines:

• Print clearly using BLOCK LETTERS and tick boxes


where appropriate. Do not write with pencil, sketches
or markers. We cannot consider your application if it is
incomplete or unreadable.
• A non-refundable application fee of Rs.750/- must be
paid with this application. Please do not send cash or
personal cheque.
• Please make bank drafts in INR, in favor of
“FILM MAGIC”

Payment must be received before your application can be processed. Please make it payable to Film Magic and
include your full name, program and start date on the cheque. You will be given the mailing address on the next
page. Do not mail cash.

To have your application ready for assessment, the following listed items are what you need to send to us. You should send
these items to us before January 25th, 2009 by e-mail, fax, mail or delivery (instructions below). If you have a problem meeting
this deadline, please contact your advisor. There may be other deadlines that your advisor will make you aware of.

• Copy of Government-issued photo identification.

• Cheque in the amount of Rs.750/- to Film Magic.

• 3 Passport size photographs (on a white background)


• A copy of your resume that includes your work/training experience.
• A visual art of portfolio of your work that includes life drawings and 3D computer work (maximum
12 pieces). If you do not have 3D work, a combination of other computer work may be acceptable
(e.g. Photoshop, Flash etc.)

This checklist will be sent to your e-mail address once you send your application.

The items can be sent by:

You can send scanned copies or digital files of the items by e-mailing it to application@filmmagic.co.in. Please
have your full name and program choice in the subject heading. If your files are too large to be sent by e-mail,
inform your Film Magic admissions advisor when they contact you and they will provide you another method of
sending your files.
