I. Objectives
Given a picture at the end of the lesson the Grade II pupils are expected to do the
following with at least 75% level of proficiency:
Talk about things near in distance from the speaker.
Use this is and these are in sentences correctly.

Materials: Books, Pictures, Chalkboard or Chart, Flashcards and Concrete Objects.

2. Presentation
(Science Integration) from the action song that we sung, what part of the face are mentioned?
What is the function of eyes?
What is the function of ears?
What do we use for smelling?
What do we use for eating?
What should we do to our ears, eyes, nose, mouth and teeth?

Let some pupils identify the parts of the face using this is and these are. Write the
