Support Staff for Specialists Servers

Below will outline responsibilities and procedures for support staff of Specialists Servers
currently hosted at specialistsservers.tk/ and may be amended following any alterations to
such domain. Each support staff member will be required to thoroughly read this
agreement and sign off acknowledging their understanding of the document. Each
support staff will be requested to answer the following pre-acceptance:
-What experience do you have with previous similar services?
-Have you previously, or currently, been a member of Specialists Servers?
-Do you have any experience as a support agent on other products?
-What is your reason for applying to be a member of Specialists Servers?
-How often are you available for support (including live chat, ticket support, thread post,
etc)?
As a support staff member you:
-Must be respectful (no matter the attitude of the individual in chat or ticket, everyone is
a potential customer)
-Must be cordial/polite (yes sir/maam, thank you sir/maam, have a great day sir/maam,
enjoy Specialists Servers sir/maam)
-Must be responsive in a timely manner (to live chat, support tickets, the hackforums.net
thread to post to keep thread at the top)
-Will provide support on only the knowledge you have to the topic/question being
inquired about
-Will not advertise or represent any similar product or service
-Will seek another support agent or admin if youre unable to provide proper information
-Will thank each and every individual for their purchase, time and willingness to seek our
support staff
-Will be active on the thread to keep the thread from falling at or below half way down
the 1
st
page
-May be rewarded for your work and dedication
-Including but not limited to free login subscriptions, test time, subscription length, and
more
-Are required to remain active and acknowledge to the admin when you will be
unavailable for extended periods of time (1+ day(s))
-Will be required to setup your user account with our Purechat system to be active in the
live chat
Failure to follow any of these precedents may result in a loss of your status as a support
team member and free privileges given on behalf of your status as a support team
member. Specialists Servers aims to always have the top notch quality product, support
team and demonstrate a proper business respect and attitude at all times. In doing so, we
aim to increase our customer base with quality clientele and extend our employee base
with quality personnel.
