It is not necessary to co#plete or get these conditions co#pleted but if the conditions are fulfilled by the#selves then going onto ,a'' will beco#e obligatory. A person goes for ,a'', even if the conditions are not fulfilled, his ,a'' will be correct and he will be rewarded too 5=T *n co#pletion of conditions in the future he will have to perfor# ,a'' again and this second ,a'' will be called his obligatory ,a''. Then it will be checked what is the $7 o+ #h 2om$!: If that #any orna#ents are the re<uire#ent of her age and they are in her daily use as well then there is no proble#. 1elling orna#ents is not necessary and ,a'' is also not obligatory. 5ut if the wo#an has reached such an age that she does not wear the# then it is necessary for her to sell the# and go for ,a''. In such a case, it is not allowed for her to give away such orna#ents as a gift to anyone (for exa#ple her daughter and daughter in law) E-AMPLE @: E-TRA8AGANCE 5ISRA!6 (xtravagance is a#ong the m$/o& "i!". ,a'' can also beco#e obligatory on a person spending his life with extravagance. AN E-AMPLE FOR E-PLANATION: >enerally in our society it is considered as the "#$#(" of a *o'#o& to own a '$& although he does not !* it. HAJJ BEING OBLIGATORY IN CASE OF E-TRA8AGANCE: If a person has car, house or any other si#ilar ite# that is beyond his "#$#(" and the difference is enough to perfor# ,a'' then ,a'' is obligatory on hi#. ,e should ",, those ite#s to #ake arrange#ents for ,a'' and buy car etc. according to his status fro# the rest of the #oney. IF SOMEONE GIFTS THE MONEY FOR PERFORMING HAJJ THEN: If so#eone gives #oney for perfor#ing ,a'' then it is o4,i7$#o&) #o $''%# that. E-AMPLE: i. ,usband gifts the ,a'' expenses to his wife. ii.7ather gifts the ,a'' expenses to any of his #ature child. NOTE: In these exa#ples the ,a'' of the wife and the child will be considered as obligatory ,a'' and hence their responsibility as far as ,a'' is concerned will be fulfilled. IF SOMEONE WANTS TO GI8E THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY WITHOUT ANY CONDITION: If he has not put the condition of ,a'' then it is not obligatory to take that a#ount 5=T If it has been taken then going for ,a'' will beco#e obligatory. R'o<&) o+ Th Lo$! 5#ar$6 A!* H$//: NOTE: If the debtor *!i" returning the loan i!#!#io!$,,), without any reason then, if possible, it is obligatory to use court and other institutes to get the clai# in order to go for ,a''. If the debtor is not able at all to return the debt then it is necessary to find such a person who I\ ]^_) `()* _] _) abc_d(]aef ]a g*h(\g iae ]^* (haj\] ai g*b] (\g da a\ ]a H(kk. SA8INGS TO PURCHASE HOUSE AND HAJJ: C$": A person was saving #oney for a specific purpose (for exa#ple) house, car, wedding of the daughter etc.) The a#ount beco#es sufficient for perfor#ing ,a''. Iuestion ) -hat shall he do: Is going for ,a'' obligatory for hi#: Answer ) Les M but if Jot spending #oney on house etc. will cause A#&m #&o(4, or CHarajD for hi#, then ,a'' will not re#ain obligatory. This Ailgri#age can be done in a single day as well as in #ore days. UNDOING THE CAPABLITY AFTER ATTAINING: =ndoing the conditions of ,a'' after attaining the# is prohibited. E-AMPLE: 5I6 *nce enough #oney has been gathered that is sufficient for obligatory ,a'' at any ti#e, spending that for any other purpose is prohibited. E-AMPLE: 5II6 !ikewise spending this #oney on ,i"(& #&i% to any other country is prohibited. NOTE 5I6: It is i#portant to note that sending parents or so#eone else for ,a'' is an i#portant reward seeking act but it is only per#itted once own obligatory ,a'' has been perfor#ed. NOTE 5II6: (ven then if parents or anyone else is sent before own obligatory ,a'', then their ,a'' will stand correct but personal ,a'' will re#ain obligatory in any case on the person sending the#.
