We, spouses SANTOS BALBINES and LAURA BALBINES , both of legal age, Filipino citizens, and with residence at Tinongdan Proper, Tinongdan, Itogon, Benguet. We are the owner of that certain parcel of land covered by virtue of Nature Title consisting of THREE (3) rice paddies with an approximate area of ONE THOUSAND (1,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less located at Dalupirip Proper, Dalupirip, Itogon, Benguet;
We hereby WAIVE, TRANSFER and CEDE the said parcel of land more or less particularly described in an sketched plan hereto attached and made part of this document and marked as Annex A, unto FELIPA SWENS married to John P. E. Swens , of legal age, , Filipino Citizen with residence and postal address at Dalupirip, Itogon, Benguet, all our rights and participation over the aforementioned property, she is being related to us by consanguinity;
For and in consideration of the foregoing premises, we, the said OWNER, have transferred, released, assigned and waived, and by these presents, do hereby WAIVE, without warranty of any nature or kind, unto and in favor of the said FELIPA B. SWENS, her heirs and assigns, all our rights and interests, which we have over the above-described parcel of land; and
We have freely and voluntarily executed this WAIVER without anyone coercing and influencing us.

This instrument, which refers to a WAIVER OF RIGHTS regarding a certain parcel of land, consisting of TWO (2) pages, including this page whereon this acknowledgement is written, has been signed in my presence on each and every page thereof by the parties and their witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
