Answer(2): If they have tried the website and you have done your job informing t
hem of it you may revive them, however this is only done once they have tried th
e website.
Ticket Type: Hacker
Ticket: Character leethacker is flying hacking in the arena/warsong gulch please
ban!
Answer: Do not answer the ticket at first, go to the player using .appear or usi
ng your ginger macro. Get evidence of them hacking if applicable then ban them (
GM or above) or Make a player report (Moderator). Do not confront the hacker unt
il they are caught and banned, at which point you will read them their rights an
d kick them from the server. Make sure you have atleast 2 screenshots and they s
how the hackers name above their heads and the incriminating behavor. If it's fa
ction hacking have a screenshot of the combat log up and only one screenshot is
necessary for faction hacking.

Ticket Type: Bugs/Quest issues

Answer: We ask that you report any in-game bugs onto the issue tracker section of
our forums, there is nothing we can do directly to resolve this particular issu

Answer2: "Unfortunately the issue that you are describing is not heard off, so t
he only solution i can offer at this time is by making a post in the issue track
er, and a dev will take a look at it when he/she got time.
It is not a GMs responsibility to troubleshoot bugs, we rather have any important
bugs be posted on the forums to be discussed accurately and to be then passed o
nto the developers.
Ticket Type: Item/Skill/Spell Request

Answer: If it is a reasonable request such as add a glyph that is missing you ma
y pass it on to an admin through the forums. If they are asking for an item, res
pond that GMs do not give items away and close the ticket.
Ticket Type: Donations
Ticket: I donated for an item set transfer and have not received it yet I donated f
or a wrathful item and still have not received it
Answer: Inform a Super GM, or Senior GM that there is a pending donation and the
person is online. We will then take care of it. If no admin is present whisper
the player that whenever an admin is online they will try to get to them.
Ticket Type: Trainer missing

An administrator will either restart the server to replace all the vendors to th
eir default locations or replace the vendor temporarily. Hopefully we will solve
this issue soon

"Certificate" means printed and mailed proof of membership in Eternal-WoW VIP Cl
ub.
"Eternal-WoW VIP Club" or "VIP Club" means an exclusive group of users of the we
b site who have obtained exclusive and special status through their support or h
elp. Members of this club may obtain special priviledges, status, and/or access
to web site store products or services. Any special treatment or access to web s
ite store access is not meant to be inferred as a direct purchase of these items
, but instead as an indirect expression of gratitude from the web site for entry
into the club. The direct reward is recognition of membership on the web site's
forum, and a certificate of membership which is mailed upon purchase and choosi
ng to receive the certificate from within the store.

Refunds
Eternal-WoW will not provide refunds under any circumstances. Membership in the
Eternal-WoW VIP Club is voluntary, and if a user does not wish to be a member, s
hould not seek entry. If you are banned due to violation of our player rules, yo
u will not get a refund. If you do not favor the service, you will not get a ref
und. If you unexpectedly did not receive your certificate, and don't have any pr
oof of your purchase, you will not get a refund. You may appeal your case regard
ing your purchase on the forums by PM to a member of Management, and we will rev
iew your case, but we do not guarantee that you will receive any additional Eter
nal-WoW VIP Club awards other than a certificate of membership and recognition o
n the web site's forum, as defined above. It's not required for you to make a pu
rchase or join the club to enjoy the full experience of Eternal-WoW; it's comple

Exchange
If you for any reason have store item(s) damaged, broken, lost, etc... you will
not receive an exchange if you have opaque proof of your purchase into the VIP C
lub or not. Only a member of Management has the authority to replace your reward
item if they feel the receipt you've presented is authentic.
Rewards
When you join the Eternal-WoW VIP Club, it is understood that you're purchasing
at your own risk. You are actually paying for a certificate of membership into t
he Eternal-WoW VIP Club, which will be mailed to you with a tracking number and
usually signature confirmation to verify it was received. If you do not receive
the certificate, you may request it via an in-game support ticket or in the web
site's store. Web site store items are exclusively indirect expressions of grati
tude for your consideration in joining the Eternal-WoW VIP Club and the perks th
at come with it. You're not purchasing any service, you're helping to keep our s
ervers up. We're not selling virtual items; when you purchase, you take the risk
(s) involved in purchasing as listed in the "Refund Policy".
Charge Backs
Any attempts to reverse payment on a purchase will be met with an automatic and
immediate IP address ban. All accounts tied to this IP address will be permanent
ly banned. Our accounting team always contests each and every charge back and ha
s a high success rate. If this fails, charge backs are routinely sent to a third
-party collections agency, and the buyer's credit history will be affected if th
e charge is not paid for.
