Petron Plus Formula 7 Dexron/
TM
MERCON Automatic Transmission
Fluid is a multi-function power trans-
mission fluid and is formulated from
the highest quality base stocks fortified
with Petron Plus Formula 7 state of
TM
the art additive technology for
protection against gum, sludge, and
lacquer formation. This additive
package also provides the wear control
and oxidation resistance to meet the
requirements of both General Motors
Dexron-IIE and Dexron-III, and
Ford Motor Company’s MERCONV
specifications. It also is prepared to
me et the ATD C-3 and C-4
requirements of the Allison
Transmission Division of General
Motors and Caterpillar’s TO-2
specifications.
This fluid may be used as an excellent
multi-viscosity, “all weather” hydraulic
fluid, torque converter fluid and as a
cold temperature gear lubricant.
2. General applications, where an ATF is specified.
3. Meets the performance requirements of the following hydraulic
fluids, power-shift transmission fluid and automatic transmission
fluid specifications:
A. Denison HF-0, HF-1, and HF-2
B. Sperry Vickers M-2950-S, and I-286-S
C. Sundstrand Model 22-2132 variable displacement pump
requirements.
D. Caterpillar TO-2 E. Renk Doromat 873 and 874
F. Allison Type C-3 and C-4
G. Case TCH Fluid H. Dexron-IIE and Dexron-III
I. Ford M2C138CJ, Ford M2C166H, Ford MERCON
J. Daimler-Benz DKA

It is recommended for car and truck

automatic transmissions. It may also
be used in applications were a Dexron
III, IIE, II or MERCON automatic
transmission fluid is recommended.
Available in 5 gallon pails, & 55 gallon
drums.
