2. Size & Depth of Excavation to be performed: The Depth is 7 M & the width is 6 M & 8 ML.

3. Purpose of Excavation: To perform T&I Inspection of Road Crossing pipe & Grit blast, Coating.

4. Precaution on Existing underground facilities (Electrical, Piping, etc.).

Restrictions (Hand tools only etc.). :
Use only hand tools for excavation except the asphalt layer or concrete, contractor can use the cutter
machine and jackhammer for removing the layers then use hand tool for excavation.
CARE MUST BE MAINTAIN at all times during excavation process. All underground utilities if
any must be protected by covering /wrapping polyethylene sheet or split conduit where applicable.
Shoring must be installed when the excavation exceed more than 1.2 M depth.
