CURS OPTIONAL LIMBA ENGLEZA
- CULTURA SI CIVILIZATIE

I. Argument
Informatiile despre cultura, literatura si civilizatie din anii anteriori se considera a fi
insuficiente, presupunandu-se cresterea numarului de ore afectat acestui
domeniu.Necesitatea de a cunoaste aspecte de cultura si civilizatie engleza
contemporana.Necesitatea dezvoltarii competentelor de corelare si comparare a aspectelor
de cultura si civilizatie.Nu in ultimul rand dezvoltarea interesului pentru literatura al
elevului.
n contextual nceputului de mileniu, societatea moldoveneasca se gsete ntr-o etap de
deplin afirmare european, sistemul educaional adaptndu-se continuu noilor standarde.
Astfel, limba englez capt o importan deosebit fiind considerat o condiie sine que
non a desvririi personalitii adolescentului nmileniului al III lea.
Sub acest aspect, tema propus urmrete:
- dezvoltarea capacitii de exprimare oral i scris;
- dezvoltarea unor reprezentri culturale ale universului Anglo saxon;
- stimularea interesului pentru studiul limbii engleze.
Lucrarea cuprinde o variant de program opional cu teme care nu sunt incluse ca atare n
programa disciplinar la clasaa IX a, obiectivele de referin i activitile de nvare
adecvate acestora, lista de coninuturi i modalitile de evaluare.

acestor texte;
Activiti de interpretare a unor texte din literatura de
limba englez n contextual esthetic adecvat acestor texte
(curente literare i concepte de teorie literar aferente
acestora).
Activiti de prezentare i familiarizare cu modul de
via zilnic: informaii despre programul zilnic,
alimentaie, cumprturi, petrecerea timpului liber,
srbtori i obiceiuri.
Activiti de prezentare i familiarizare cu codul
comportamental socialmente acceptat nspaiul anglo
saxon (comportament tipic n situaii tipice );
Activiti de prezentare i familiarizare cu structure i
forme tipice de comunicare non verbal, scris
sauoral;
Activiti de personalizare a textelor literare;
Dezbateri orale (discuii n grup, role play) i scrise
(redactare de paragrafe.

MODALITI DE EVALUARE




1. Teste care cuprind exerciii de tip multiple choice, rephrase, fill n, identify the mistake(s),
choose the correct answer, reading comprehension, listening comprehension.
2. Redactarea de texte funcionale.
3. Realizarea n echip a unor proiecte (grupuri de 3 4 elevi).
4. Realizarea de scenarii (role play) illustrative pentru diferite aspecte de cultur i civilizaie;
5. Completarea de formulare / chestionare cuprinznd o tematic variat;
6. Problematizarea / organizarea unor dezbateri pe marginea unor aspect controversate de cultur i
civilizaie anglo saxon.
